Crew came out to service a heat pump/furnace. They were focused on their task and did a great job. They gave me some educational information regarding maintenance and care, so I called their office to make a cleaning appointment one year out. I plan to use Sanders Heating and Cooling for all of my HVAC related needs going forward.

I came home from a weekend away to find out our AC was not working. Temps were 100* and the house was hot. I called Sanders Heating expecting a recording and maybe a call back in a few days. Before I could finish my Voicemail, they called back. Within 7hrs Jake came out and got our unit working. Jake even showed me a few things with our furnace that I was unaware of. Can’t say enough good things about our experience! Thanks Sanders for the excellent customer service and response!

Jake and his team did an incredible job installing our AC and cleaning our furnace. They got the entire install and clean done in 4 hours! They were also able to fit us into their schedule in less than a week in busy August. We would highly recommend Sanders to anyone looking for a great family business with perfect communication!

Sanders SUPERIOR customer service from a prior furnace installation at my residence took me back to the pros! I've never had air conditioning since I bought my house 20 years ago and we needed it! Called Sanders and the work was completed the very same week! Jake and Jackie are awesome to work with, answered all my questions, professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Sanders heating came to repair a mini split that we had installed about 6 years ago by another company that has since gone out of business. They were prompt, pleasant, and efficient. The technician, Cody, was easy to work with and seemed to know the equipment and the tools he needed. He only charged us for one hour labor and the parts were covered by our warranty. The unit was working well when he left, we will have to wait and see if it continues. So far I am very satisfied with their service.

Jake came to service furnace and AC unit and unfortunately need both replaced. Jake sat down and described everything in detail and was able to provide a rough cost while on-site. Looks like I’ll be working with these guys again soon. Definitely recommend.

After reaching out to a few places, Jake was quick to respond and visited the day-of our call. We're so glad he did because our furnace was broken and leaking CO, discovered when he assessed the situation. With a snow storm around the corner and an 8 month old baby, Jake understood the urgency; he quickly diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote to replace our furnace, picked up parts and installed everything with his wife to get us back up and running--all within 2 days. In 2019 Sanders heating installed a new furnace in our house. We Haven’t had a moment’s problem with it since that time. It was installed quickly and caused very little disruption. The family who owns the company are very easy to deal with. This year, 2025 they have installed an electronic air cleaner On the furnace. The house air quality, within a couple hours, went from AQI 80 to AQI 10. We live in an area where people burn wood and we are also subject to wildfire threats. This air cleaner will service us well. Again, Sanders has done a first class job of installation and service. We don’t go anywhere else for heating or cooling. We recommend them highly.

My heat pump was not working and they tried to fix it. That failed. Sanders will install a new one.

I had an excellent experience with Sanders Heating & Cooling. Jake came and gave a competitive bid for a new Heat Pump system. He knew the neighborhood because they had installed plenty of systems there before. He explained the heat pump and why he recommended a specific model based on the climate and the square footage. On the day of the install they came in and were very professional. The work was done on time and looked great. The system works well. We are very happy. Highly recommended.

Jake and his workers came on time and completely removed my old furnace took it away. They put in a new furnace and an AC unit which we didn’t have. All the work was done quickly (start to finish was less than a day) and they were not really loud. My dog didn’t even notice they were at the house until they needed inside. They left nothing behind. I was shown how to work the thermostat. Great company would recommend to anyone needing a new HVAC system.
