It was predicted to be the hottest day of the year and big surprise our ac in our house quit working. I called Absolute Comfort at 10:30 and Rob the owner showed up by 2:30 the same day. He was here for 10 minutes and knew what was wrong. He went to his van and got the new part, installed it and had our ac working within 10 more minutes. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely honest with an amazing work ethic. I told him that he is my new air conditioning repair man. I would highly recommend him.

Rob made time to come out early to give us an estimate. Others were also bidding on our new furnace, AC, and air scrubber. But he impressed me with his knowledge and down to earth approach and didn't oversell as did other estimators. He and his crew completed the project in one day, as promised, and to our complete satisfaction. I truly believe if you're looking for an honest HVAC contractor, and a local in this neck of the woods, you should give Rob a chance at Absolute Comfort and Heating NW to earn you business.

Needed a gas line run to the corner of my house with a quick connect adapter for my tri fuel generator. First of all absolute was the lowest of the two quotes I received for the service by far. Mason was running late from another job, was supposed to arrive by 10:30 but Rob, the owner showed up in person since he was in the area just to let me know he would be here soon. Mason and his partner did an outstanding job installed the gas line, exactly as I wanted, and he even hooked my flexible line up to my generator, which was not part of the service. Very friendly got the job done quickly and neatly. I highly recommend!

Great team, I'd highly recommend, and will only work with them for my HVAC needs in the future. Diagnosed a serious issue with my Furnace and came out and did the job quickly. Solid and fair pricing and now our house is good to go for the winter.

Such great service! My furnace went out on Friday, just as the temperatures dropped. I was quickly given a repair appt for the following Monday, but then they called back to let me know they could come on Saturday! The repair was completed less than 24 hours after my initial call. I was so grateful!

Sanders came out to my house on one of the worst days in Oregon’s winter! It was terrible nasty ice storms and freezing rain! They still were able to get out to diagnose my furnace problem! I called Sanders in the summertime explained thoroughly our situation with our unit. It was confirmed it was an estimate not a service call by the lady on the phone and there would be NO charge. Guy came out apparently fixed a part that he didn’t know how long the fix would last showed me an invoice for over $300. Also showed me a cost for a new unit for $12,000. Unit stopped working shortly after. So out $385 bucks for nothing. I realized hard times are happening but we got scammed for sure. Ya no thanks!
