Our furnace stopped working. Our regular furnace maintenance person was not available. No heat for a few days. Called Absolute because their address was in the same area. Called at 7:00 a.m. talked to Robert, told him our urgent situation. He came to our home within 2 hours on Tuesday. By the next day, Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. a whole new furnace was installed with a 1 year warranty. Nick also helped with the installation and was very pleasant to talk with. Keith and Yvonne Young

Our home's furnace failed in the middle of winter leaving us huddled around space heaters to keep warm. I called HVAC companies for estimates to either repair or replace our furnace. Rob at Absolute Comfort was the only person who had a prompt response. He provided me with repair and replacement options. I opted for the replacement option in order to not further delay heating our home. Plus we ended up with a better more efficient furnace with a lifetime heat exchanger warranty.

It took some time to check into the options, yet we had our furnace replaced within 2 days. That may sound like a lot of time to be in the cold, but it took 2 days just to get call backs from other companies.

Ryan did the installation. He did a professional job. He was friendly, informative and cheerful to boot.

Now I am finished with my review, it's time for a house warming party!

Nick was friendly, polite, and quick. He explained the noise that the unit was making so I understood. With the people I've had contact with in and out of the office, has been kind, courtesy and polite. Kudos everyone! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

They were the only company that answered their phone during a big storm. Rob came late on Sunday to help me out. Realized it was worse than we thought, but got me on the schedule for replacement as soon as they could. The replacement went pretty quick and smooth also. Thanks!!

Robert is literally a hero. Our furnace stopped working after a power outage during a blizzard. When others told me it would be days to get a tech out, Robert came and it was fixed the same day, within hours of my initial call. Thank you for helping me and helping keep my home and family safe and warm. Highly recommend.

The technician came after hours on a busy work day to reset our thermostat because we forgot the password--totally our problem, but he was pleasant and professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty of get heat to two forgetful, cold elderly folks!!

We had Absolute Comfort replace our gas furnace & central A/C. Some additional controls were added at our request as well. The work was completed on schedule, quality workmanship all at at reasonable cost.

Oregon is only getting hotter and we needed AC in our home. We finally went online and requested an estimate. Rob called within an hour of my online request (a few other places we requested bids from never even contacted us) He was out to our house a few days later. He was cordial and professional. Within a two weeks, we had new AC installed in our home. Rob and his crew were on time, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and just all around great. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to make their home a bit cooler!

Nick from Absolute Comfort was great. He was early for our appointment. At our home he performed inspection requested. He was professional and friendly. The company was recommended by our realtor and we are very happy with the response and work by Absolute Comfort.

This company literally saved us thousands of dollars. We had someone else look at our furnace and quote us a 2k plus repair, or 7k replacement. These guys fixed it for under 500. I will definitely use them again!

They were great! Rob and crew squeezed me in before one of the hottest weekends - inspected my AC unit and luckily it was just a new thermostat I needed, installed and cooling was back. I recommend them. They have also done work for my friends.

I'm very happy to write this positive review about Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW. It was refreshing to do business with someone who knows how to do a good job, takes pride in their work and has an easy, laid back manner. I had a problem with my blower motor not working correctly and consequently my air conditioning was inoperative. This occurred on 7/16/23. The next day I called Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW to schedule an appointment and was told it would probably be at least 4-5 days before they could see me, which was what I expected. The receptionist said she would call me back after she had a chance to talk to Rob. Much to my delight, Rob was working in my area and said he could stop by after he finished his current job. A few hours later, Rob was at my house, diagnosed the problem, miraculously had the necessary parts with him and repaired my HVAC system. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW.

Update - 6/20/24
Well, my heat pump system had a problem and stopped providing air conditioning. I called Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW (ACHCNW) for an appointment and they were able to see me in two days. Nick diagnosed the problem, gave me the option to repair the system or replace it. I opted to replace it given the heat pump was 20 years old. They squeezed me into their schedule three days later and replaced my heat pump. I am very grateful to Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW for their prompt, professional service. I highly recommend them!

Quick response to our no heat call in February. New furnace installed two days later. Mason & Daniel were professional and did a good job.
