I called my local appliance store for service on my Dakor oven and was told that they don't deal with that. They recommended Advanced Appliance Solutions. I was a little skeptical at first, however their recommendation was spot on. Dean was quick, efficient, clean - and had the hands of a surgeon. Very professional and reasonably priced. I forward the recommendation on.

This guy Dean is as good as gets. When you call him on a Sunday evening because you refrigerator is not working to set up an appointment for early the next day he just drops his personal life on a Sunday evening and comes to our house and saves the day for us. I am talking 8:30 PM. He knows exactly what he is doing and is not just s
some parts changer. Very personal guy. Again it does not get any better than our experience.

He was fantastic. He showed up right when he said he would and additionally, he called me to let me know he was about 30 minutes which is a small thing, but something I appreciated. He got the work done quickly and efficiently and even did a quick check of some of our other appliances and recommended some easy maintenance tips to prolong the life of the machine.

While I hope I don't need to have an appliance repaired, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call Advanced Appliance Solutions again.

Dean did a superb job in diagnosing and repairing a very convoluted and difficult problem with our refrigerator. He is the type of person who thrives on doing excellent work--making sure to do whatever it takes to get the job done. We could not be more pleased with the outcome!

Advanced Appliance Solutions Inc. Our company (DMC Construction) contacted Mr. Spencer regarding a Customer's dishwasher that was making a terrible noise. He responded quickly to our request for a service call. Mr. Spencer was very thorough his diagnostic research, very patient listening to the many description's, and communicated clearly about the possible repair solutions. He order the parts quickly and delivered them in a timely manner. He arrived on time and was prepared for the repair. He took great care of the Customer's floor, was cleanly and organized during the repair process. Mr. Spencer was very professional, friendly, and his pricing was fair. We will CERTAINLY be calling again and will recommend his services in the future.

Had issues with my washer. Dean came out the same day. He diagnosed the issue right away. He didn’t have the part (water pump), so he drove into town, picked up the part, came back and fixed it. All within a couple hours.

I mentioned to him that my dishwasher was having an issue too. He took my dishwasher apart, diagnosed the issue, and showed me where to get the part for $8.99. The dishwasher diagnostic was free of charge.

My extended service plan provider was unable to find someone to repair my dryer so they authorized me to find someone. I called Dean and he was able to come out that same day. He fixed my dryer in about an hour and my problem is gone. We'll call him again in the future.

I was so impressed by this company. Dean was amazing and was so prompt on getting my dryer fixed. I called yesterday and he was out and had it fixed today. Pricing was outstanding as well. I will for sure recommend them to EVERYONE and I will use them for all my repair needs.

Dean came out the next day that I called. He was helpful even though my old stove had finally had it ( 50+ yr old gas ) he looked up sale prices for a cheap new one for me. I will call him for sure if and when I need any repair. Very fair price. Thank you much

I was quoted, over the phone, the cost of the service call and the parts needed. The repair man arrived promptly within the timeframe I was given. Care was taken to not scratch my floors or countertops while working on my range. I would definitely call them again for appliance repair. Hair pricing and efficient work.

We have had Dean out twice for two different appliances and his knowledge and service were nothing short of amazing. He was super friendly, efficient, and even gave us maintenance pointers for other appliances of ours. Cannot recommend him enough!!

I highly recommend Advanced Appliance Solutions. Dean responded quickly to our washing machine problem. He fixed the issue for a reasonable price, then looked at all our appliances and shared some very helpful tips for keeping them all running well. That was much appreciated. Our washing machine worked great for a month before breaking down again. This time Dean came out and recommended that the motor be replaced, which he did at cost. No mark up. No service charge. Period. What a guy! Thanks Dean!

Excellent service, highly recommend for those looking for an honest and skilled response to your appliance issues. Came out and looked at our dishwasher - was leaking. Beyond the difficulties in even removing the unit which he was able to efficiently tackle, he provided an assessment that the repairs would not be cost effective. 100% value his honesty! He also provided a new water line and prepared the area for a new dishwasher. Completely recommend and will use Advanced Appliance Solutions in the future!

Dean was amazing. I called Monday afternoon and he was here Tuesday. Worked hard to empty our freezer and chip away all the ice. He then repaired the ice maker water input line. You can't go wrong with Dean !

Advanced Appliance (Dean) did a great job repairing my dish washer. He was really quick to respond after my call for assistance. Also very personable. The price was more than fair.

Oven and attached microwave quit working. I called AAS on Monday afternoon and Dean was here on Wednesday morning. He repaired both appliances in a timely manner and charged a very fair price

I had a washer that went out .
He was very honest and said over the phone,from what I told him the repair would likely be more than the washer was worth. He would be happy to come look at it but recommended I save the service call money for a new washer. He then suggested three brands he felt were good . Most would have required a service call so they could charge me even though they know it was a waste of time and money . This guy did the honest thing . That's very rare these days.

Had an issue with our fridge a few months back. The tech was honest, kind, compassionate, resourceful, and didn't try to upsell us any unnecessary services.

I had a microwave that needed repair. I provided him the model number and both of the parts that he would need to bring for the repair. Easy right?! Nope! He showed up and after about ten minutes he said he wouldn’t be able to fix anything. This was surprising to me because he knew everything he would need ahead of time and came with nothing. Even more surprising to me was he expected to be paid for showing up unprepared and accomplishing nothing. After a brief chat he agreed he shouldn’t be paid and left. I have since contacted him multiple times for a diagnosis because he left nothing in writing and have not heard back. I don’t usually leave reviews (this is the first review I’ve left in at least five years) but the fact he showed up ”hoping something else was wrong” and wasn’t actually the parts I told him and then cant even provide me anything in writing for the warranty company, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

Dean was amazing. He was on time if. It a little bit early. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We really enjoyed talking to him while he worked. The whole experience was amazing. I would highly recommend this company. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
