We needed to find someone to come and repair our parents 5 year old Maytag washing machine. After reading reviews, we decided on AAS, and we were not disappointed. I called after closing, left a message they returned my call Monday morning. Made a time to come look at washer the next day. After coming in to a challenging situation the repair technician got right to work. Inspecting, diagnosing, retrieved needed part from truck. He had the washer up and running in a timely manner. When finished he showed me the part that was broken, explained what it was called what it was supposed to do. And why it wasn't doing it. We were very pleased and gave the machine a work out doing laundry until 11 o'clock that night. Thanks to Dean for your pleasant manner and more than fair repair bill. I highly recommend Advanced Appliance Solutions.
