Wow! Just wow! This plumber is a genius. We have fought with our water pressure for 23 years in our historical home. We have the best water pressure now. I didn't know this was possible! This owner and his crew are amazing and very respectful! He has a customer for life and we highly recommend him and his crew!

I did not have a good experience with B Ayres. To start they were not clear on what all was included/excluded in their bid, what the bid was based on. Over the course of the work they kept nickel and dimming me for things I felt should have been included. Part way into my project they landed a large contract and suddenly my project became low priority and was delayed. The installers were polite and the work itself was good, however they always left their bags of garbage that I had to dispose of. All in all I would not use them again.

I highly recommend B. Ayres plumbing. I had them set a 315 pound, cast iron Kohler tub for me, and do the rough in plumbing. They also re-fixed the existing plumbing for the sink and set up for rough ins as well. They performed quick work, the crew were professional, clean and polite. I was very happy they were willing to work with me on this fairly small, but important project.

Their office staff, namely Angela was a blessing to work with. She was extremely nice, and persistent about getting me on their schedule on short notice, when another local plumber flaked on me. I will be going back to this company for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future.

They installed a new hybrid water heater in our house. The new water heater uses 1/4 the electricity than a traditional water heater. Our hot water now has better pressure and stays at a constant temperature. The shower stayed warm even while the washing machine was running. They did a professional job explaining, scheduling, and performing their work.

Last week Brandon from Ayres Plumbing and Contracting changed our kitchen faucet. I explained the reason for changing the faucet (which was in use for 3 years) and Brandon fixed the problem in a few minutes. The plumber who installed this faucet told me it cannot be fixed. I decided anyway to install a new faucet of which I liked the look much better. Brandon did it in less than an hour. His manner was very professional and we were very pleased with his work. We highly recommend this business.

I called not once but twice for an estimate. Sent pictures not once but twice. 9 days until someone got back to me only to say “what did you want again?” This is the grossest company. Your work may very well be the best in town but I’d never know because your customer service sucks. Like really sucks. Do better.

Brandon made one repair to a broken pipe years ago, and we had him change our our hot water heater a few years after that.

Most recently, we had our house re-piped - that's a big job. We got three quotes and chose B. Ayres Plumbing. The entire process took less than 2 days and the crew made sure we had water overnight.

My husband and I were very impressed by the workmanship provided and the courteous crew. They were so polite and continuously checked in with us (we were home at the time).

One of the three quotes we got was from Re-Pipe Specialists. Their quote was NOT less than the local guys as their ads claim. We'd rather support local talent and will give our business to B. Ayres Plumbing in the future. Thanks for the great work!

Dan the plumber was great. He had the garbage disposal working in 10 minutes, after others had told me it needed to be replaced. The replacement cost would have been half what the others would have changed. Dan was honest, and got it working. I will call B. Ayers for all my plumbing work here.

Brandon and his team at B. Ayres Plumbing, are amazing. They put in hours of work to help me set up a commercial space on my property. They went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done right from the start. Their knowledge and experience made this part of the process so easy! They are a conscientious, honest and hard-working team that you can rely on. I can't thank them enough for all they have done to make this project a reality!

Absolutely negative experience is here. Nobody came to my call for service despite promises, and they dragged it on for 2 days. They are unreliable, and their customer service is garbage. They make unsustainable appointments, and nobody shows up, and they do not bother to give a cancellation call or anything, just leave you waiting and wasting your time.
