First rate. Very helpful with information for a novice like me. They had every thing I needed for my project.

My spouse is in the trades, electrician, and is able to find tools for his work here that are not available at other tool shops. Their staff is knowledgeable.

I arrived for my project and found everything I required readily available. Their support was instrumental in addressing my inquiries about specific items.

The guy working today was so rude to my husband, he walked out without getting what he needed after we drove across town. He even called first to make sure they had what he was after. I wouldn't take my business here with such terrible customer service.

Good customer service. They're fast, and they have what I need every time I go. Service is friendly and know what they're talking about. Pricing is good. Definitely Italy the place to go for your electrical needs.

Terrible and rude customer service. Don't know what others did to get good service but I was ignored repeatedly and after finally being "helped" was told I had to wait because there were other customers. Guess I'm not a customer. Will GLADLY take my money elsewhere. Bunch of a-holes.

There prices are high for normal small businesses that just need one or two items. But the quality and customer service is awesome. Thank you for always helping our shop!

Customer service is outstanding! Each individual at this branch goes above and beyond to help out regardless of the situation at hand.
I had an issue on a Saturday and Danny (one of the counter sales employees) drove down to platt at 5am because I had an issue getting a remote locker open.
That’s the kind of customer service that sets this platt apart from others. Nate, Zack, Danny, Steve, Jim, Chris, Evan, sandra, and I’m sure there is more I’m missing have gone the extra mile to ensure customer service at this platt is top notch.

hugely helpfull even though i didn't know the names to explain what i needed they were friendly and helped me find just what i needed. very nice and approachable people.

They were more than helpful in finding me a few 1-off electrical boxes no one else carry. Zach was nice and personable which goes a long ways these days!

I was replacing my own electrical panel and hit a snafu where my main leads weren't long enough to reach the terminals in the new box. I'm no electrician and don't know everything about code, but going here saved me from a tight situation. Gary helped me out, pointed me to the correct splicers and helped me find a few small lengths of cable to make the connection. He also waved down a kind customer - shoutouts to the A-temp electrician that helped out - to verify that putting the splicers in the main circuit breaker panel would pass code.
