Electrical reviews in Clackamas, Oregon

THE BEST! Team Electric took care of the old Portland Meadows track for decades and when we moved to our new location they did an incredible job of helping us open in a hurry. I can't say enough about how professional all of electricians were as we had a big project in an old building they needed a lot of work. I want to thank Brian, Rick, Robert, Kyler and owner Mike for their hard work getting my building ready to go. Times have been rough in 2020 and it's nice to be able to work with an honest, professional, and quality company like Team Electric. And my lighting looks amazing in the new location!!!!

Did 20 mins of work, and looks like they overcharged by 20%, saw another person in the reviews complaining about the same problem. I did call and ask , the answer was that’s what we charge , how will you be paying, yes they asked that immediately after I lightly complained. Will be looking somewhere else next time we have a problem.

They fixed my electricity within 45 minutes! And we had major issues going on! They were very respectable, and walked us through every step they were taking. They told us the exact problem and even showed us the old wiring. Thank you so much for your hard work and your time! My family greatly appreciates everything you both did!

I used team electric for 220V outlet installation. They didn't mention anything about payment details when I asked them after the service but after 3 weeks of service, they sent me a receipt with just the amount due and that amount doesn't seem realistic.
I asked them to provide the itemized bill or charge of labors and parts details. They denied providing the itemized bill but kept reducing the total amount due and said it was a math error. After 4 weeks of back and forth communication they sent me the bill with some details which didn't make any sense. They added driving time of over two hours for few miles and several unknowns.
I don't recommend this company and if you have the option don't go with them. -
I was happy that they had some availability and what seemed to be clear pricing. They were great on the phone and discussed what the problems might be. They did not charge a dispatch fee or permit fees and whatever else other electricians charge. However, when I got my bill the invoice was vague and they apparently charge for the electrician’s drive time at $195 per hour. They were here working for less than an hour and charged me for 2 hours plus $46 for a dimmer switch. I was shocked when I received my bill and I find it hard to believe it took and entire hour to drive to my house from Clackamas. When I called to discuss my bill this is when they said I’m responsible for their drive time (apparently to and from my house?). Absolutely would not use this company again.

I just had a great experience with Team Electric. They did good and thorough work at my home, and both their office staff and electricians went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything that was done. We will definitely work with them again.

I recently had Team Electric install a dedicated NEMA 14-50 outlet and a subpanel in my garage to support our 40-amp EV charger. In addition to having the main breaker on the opposite side of where we wanted the charger, our home has various features—such as downspouts, air conditioning units, and tricky pathways—that complicate the layout. Despite these obstacles, Steve and Ryan made the entire process seamless, and I was amazed by the quality of their work.
Before beginning, Steve visited my home and shared innovative ideas that perfectly addressed the unique challenges of our property. Together, he and Ryan developed a well-thought-out plan that considered every detail. When it came time for the installation, Ryan executed the plan with outstanding precision. The final result is incredibly clean, efficient, and professional—truly better than I ever imagined.
Steve and Ryan were courteous, professional, and clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. They even finished the project in one day! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Team Electric for any electrical installation and thank you Steve and Ryan for all of your help! -

Never showed up for appointment and didn’t even call. I’ve called and left a message. My builder called and left a message. Still nothing. It’s been two days. Poorly run business. Eventually got a call back and the guy that came out was nice and professional. Changed from one to three stars

This company did the electrical work for a ranch home remodel project for me. It was in 2011. I first got someone who was cheaper but somehow that guy was smoking while he was working (or maybe he was taking a rest when I saw him smoke), that made me nervous. So I had him and his helper finished that area and let them go. And I found Three Phases Electric… the worker who came was clean cut, focused on his job and explained to me whatever question I had and I can see that his work was neat… it has been a rental property. The portion that the cheaper contactor did had multiple problems so far. The area Three Phase did so far has NO issue. I am grateful and thus I decided to post a review for them. They deserve a big thumb up!

This place is as dysfunctional as it gets. The employees are constantly having to save face for how poorly this business is ran. This place put that my powerlines were above ground on my bid when they were actually underground and bid me as such but the problem with that is Portland General Electric needs a 4ft x 4ft hole dug out so they can get to that underground line which they don’t even do the type of work, and also meant it would be work that I had to do.
Not only that they damaged several things in my home owned they they did not bring to my attention but found on my own and then asked for a receipt from the contractor that had to repair. After providing them with the receipt It’s taken over a month just to see my check and every time I call for it they say it’s being mailed out or it’s being taken care of but still nothing. The amount of apologies I’ve received from this company is unreal and shouldn’t be even in business or needs new management. Their office is a complete joke and you can tell that this is the culture and a way of operating for that business and eventually make sense why it is so dysfunctional.
Again although the work was completed with quality it took a lot and with the select few employees that actually care for the quality of their OWN work and can be trusted, I would never use this company under this management. Hopefully those employees get a bonus for literally saving this dumpster.
They put my project back over two months because of the lack of prep work prior to starting the job they failed to do. Powelines are not hard to identify especially if you’re the this type of field of work.
Complete garbage and makes sense why a lot of their employees have left. -
I recently moved into my new home and was referred to Three Phase. I rarely write reviews, but was so happy with my experience! I worked primarily with Lisa who spent time answering my questions over the phone and e-mail. She was able to get an electrician over quickly to execute the project, who was also very professional and did excellent work.
If I ever need another job done, I would definitely reach out to Three Phase and recommend them to anyone looking for a project big or small. -
Left out to dry, serious bummer

Quality electric work and super nice staff

These guys are great . Attention to detail. Wonderful company to work with.

Mark Adams bid and performed work on kitchen remodel. Final cost was 3X the bid and was not done to code. Several electricians, and a city electrical inspector confirmed the breakers they cut to fit the panel were not to code and voided the UL listing. The panel had to be replaced. Overcharged, work performed was not to code and required replacement.

Hands down this is the BEST place to buy DC electrical wire and wiring supplies I have ever been to. I enjoy their fast friendly service, wide selection, and reasonable prices. Love to support great small businesses!
