These people have pathetic manners as they trim your hedges they peek into your windows.. really. Then after I addressed the inappropriate behavior, now they skip mowing my lawn. So if I don't let you gauk in my windows you don't want to do your job. You are a bunch of weirdos.

Not only do they do horrible work. They drive worse. One was coming head on to my car very fast in traffic. Terrible company, even worse employees.

Very unprofessional behavior -- their guys that were spraying fertilizer rubbed their hose against my car unnecessarily. Avoid these incompetent people.

These laborers are not professional landscapers, they are unskilled industrial grasscutters who butcher the landscape. At One Jefferson Apartments in Lake Oswego, their approach was a scorched earth, indiscriminate leveling of all landscaping, including evergreen plantings and trees that should never be cut to the ground. Absolutely no oversight by management or skilled landscaping.

This outfit has managed to acquire the most loud and obnoxious lawn care machinery I have ever had the misfortune of being around. Your lawn might look nice but your surrounding neighbors will grow to despise you.

Crystal Green manages the complete landscaping for two of our corporate facilities. They’ve been working for us for about two years and do an amazing job with cleanup, design, and maintenance of our grounds. Five star rating for sure!

They butcher everything, if they don’t destroy it with the chainsaw they spray it so heavy it destroys the ground cover,, they don’t bother to notify when using spray, they know dogs resided here. Very very rude

I am a Facilities Director in Beaverton and have been using Crystal Greens for around 10 years. Through thick and thin they have always come through and delivered. One of the most responsive contractors I have ever worked with. Fair and accommodating.

These guys take care of the landscaping at the apartment complex I live in. My wife and I were taking our dogs outside to a patch of grass they weren’t mowing and while the dogs were doing their business, one of the guys came over with the lawn mower you stand on to drive it and came literally within 5 feet of us, sprayed my wife with grass, and scared our dogs so bad they almost got out of their collars. I thought he was going to hit us with the thing. The other guys are always great which is why I’m giving them 3 stars still, but this guy was extremely careless and could’ve hit one of our dogs. He knew we were there, so I don’t see why he couldn’t wait the 10 seconds it took for our dogs to finish before doing that one area. Mind you, he immediately left and went to another area right after and didn’t even finish the area we were in until very last.

No regard to their surroundings. I get it they have a job. But as I am driving by the guy using a blower sees me driving by and blasts all the rocks and debris at my car. Like what the heck? This is unacceptable. This happened on 99th st and 177th in Vancouver.

Crystal Greens started at my property right after we took over management. I’ve had the best experience with Crystal Greens, anytime I call email or text they are on it within seconds. Their team is experienced and very professional. I’ve been in the industry for 12 years and Crystal Greens has been my favorite landscaping company to use by far.

Crystal Greens is the contracted landscaper for Yacht Harbor Club Apartments Portland on Hayden island. .
ON they on 3 separate occasions one of their employees used a leaf blower to blow debris in the parking lot and blew it on and into my pickup truck causing severe damage on both the driver's side and the passenger side.
They refused remedy the problem they refused the insurance claim for repairs.
They are a terrible terrible company! They pollute the properties that they are hired to clean they blow debris and garbage into the waterways they damage vehicles and they leave a mess everywhere They go

DO NOT HIRE THEM!

To give opinions on the different works carried out in the workplaces, without knowing if the owners of the areas requested, it in the most absurd thing that I had heard, people only do the work that was requested, in some cases the company vehicles are It allows them to park in places not common to the general public.
It is not just what one person wants, many more do not like the noise that others make when they work, but nothing can be helped by going out and yelling at the workers, in that case they must report it to their department managers, who are responsible for the schedules of work.

This company directs and requires their maintenance workers to use chemicals around wetlands and other sensitive areas that are populated by wild birds and animals. In Oregon it is difficult to provide the necessary information (such as videos) to have the authorities stop this company from their reckless use of fungicides and perhaps other harmful chemicals. I am not sure what steps can be taken to stop this company from using chemicals that most definitely harm the environment. I am hoping that someone reading this post can help.

Don't hire them cause they burn your grass and cut flowers out and then just milk your time so they can get paid for sitting around

I cannot figure out why they keep blowing the leafs into my yard, while caring for apartments behind me, when they have the vacuum for cleaning the leafs off the street. The tree is clearly in the apartments yard (fenced in). This is causing more work for my husband, who is a senior with limited movement abilities.

They take hours to clear a small section of leaves and let their eardrum-shattering leaf truck just idle outside of highly residential areas. The sound is only amplified by the surrounding buildings and they in no way are trying to finish their jobs in a timely manner. Unbearably loud, leave a lot of debris behind and I'm inclined to believe the other poor reviews from what myself and other residents have been subjected to.
Edit: you'll notice they don't respond to negative reviews. How telling.

Crystal Greens Landscape crew is lazy. they blow leaves and debri onto an adjacent business's lawn and parking lot, while picking up blown leaves and debri from lot they have business with. shame on your crew. this is from the lot they service at 17410 nw corridor ct.

These guys do EXCELLENT & THROUGH work. They take care of our business monthly & make it look crystal clean! I'm not sure why anyone would complain and say anything about being "immigrants" that's a really messed up assumption!
