The first plumber (Tanner) as awesome. 5***** But when we needed them to finish the job 2.5 months later, their customer service line as terrible. They set 3 appointments for one day, and missed them all. Once they got here the next day, they had NO information about (what I’d told them 3 times) we needed done. They finished 2/4 jobs, but I needed another company to complete it.

Once Vanja and his tech arrived and took a look at the situation, they knew what needed to be done immediately. They had the new toilet installed and everything cleaned up under two hours and that included 2 trips to the distributors. Very professional and wonderful workmanship!
