After our twenty-year old warrior of a water heater gave out, Nicholas and Jason showed up mid-day to troubleshoot the situation, clearly explained our options (complete with answers to a small flurry of questions) and then completed a replacement/upgrade in the same day.

Entire process was painless and explained/updated along the way. - a great experience overall. Thanks for the exemplary service guys!

Overnight we had a bad rain storm and found out our downspout drain lines were clogged around the house, with one overflowing into our crawlspace. Next morning called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they were able to send out Chris C. within the hour. Overall, Chris was fantastic. He gave us a reasonable price, was thorough, and was very nice.
