Ryan is a fantastic technician - solved my problem quickly and taught me a few things about how to make my appliance last longer. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I’ve had them repair my fridge and washing machine. Reasonable price. Timely. Techs knowledgeable and tidy (shoe covers and maintain front door for trips to and from van!!).

Michael came o er and confirmed that the gaskets on my fridge were dried out-and that the door heater was not functioning, He return med a few days later when replacement parts came in, and it was a quick fix to replace. Friendly and efficient. I’d call them for any other appliance issues that might arise.

Ryan was awesome! He was very clear on all aspects of our refrigerator repair, he was efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. We'd use his services again in a flash!!

Jeffrey did a great job cleaning our Electrolux dryer. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. Highly recommend!

My oven broke. I went with them because they were local and had good reviews. They charged me $600 to order the parts for repair, I waited 3 weeks with no oven for them to get back to me only for them to tell me I needed another $250 in parts and I didn’t even want to ask how long it would take for them to come out. Had they told me it would be $850 to fix the oven from the start I would have just went out and bought a new one and not had to be without an oven

Hey I just had my dryer fixed by Mr. Appliance and it was an exceptional experience. Found them online on Wed made appointment online for today. Someone called same day to confirm and get my model #. Got an email confirmation with a 4 hour window. Yesterday got a text with a two hour window. 10 mins before the tech arrived I got a text and a phone call to let me know when he would be here. Ryan was really knowledgeable, had parts on truck, and fixed the problem.

We had our refrigerator start making alot of noise and not cooling right. Called Mr Appliance on a Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning for service. Mike arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with it. Did need to order the part and had to came back on Friday to install when it came in. Mike explained and showed me what was not working and the cost upfront before starting with the repairs. Would recommend and use them again if needed.

Easy experience. Good communication and decent price. My gas oven wasn't fully heating up, and they replaced the needed part the next business day.

Excellent service, easy to schedule, and super clear communication. Ryan was the tech who showed up, answered all my questions, allowed me to watch and learn how the filter on the washing machine is accessed and cleaned out (didn't even know a small removable filter existed!), and got the machine up and running in less than an hour! Will definitely be calling Mr. Appliance back out next time one of the appliances at the apartment complex needs service. Thanks, Ryan!

Mr. Appliance had excellent communication, great price and awesome service. Mike our assigned Tech was on time, great to work with, and very efficient. He even spent extra time explaining what the issue was, the fix and checked out all connections to the machine.

This is the 2nd time that we’ve used Mr. Appliance and it has been a good experience both times. The technician Ryan is very capable, respectful of the space and friendly! This time he was able to troubleshoot an issue with our Bosch refrigerator and had it up and running in a short period of time. Hopefully we won’t need their services anytime soon, but if we do, they are the only company we will consider for our repairs hands down!

Needed help installing a ceiling light in an older home. The electrician handled the old wiring carefully and got everything working safely.
