Ivan was quick, courteous, and professional. He explained what he was going to do and took an hour to complete. He was fast!!

The team from Young Electric showed up on time and worked to fix our malfunctioning circuit. They were very systematic, efficient and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and they explained what the issue was and how they fixed it.

Absolute professional execution of every detailed, technical need for a colossal project! Every YE employee I dealt with had a great attitude during the entirety of the project which took a couple weeks to complete.

Jeremy was amazing, not only did he go through all of our system to track down the problem he showed me things that I didn’t even know about! Very personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Not to mention problem fixed. Will definitely be calling with back with issues in the future!!

Got a estimate for fan and light replacement. I was surprised when the cost of permits were added so I called Marion County to check. I was told that permits would only be needed if I was re wiring. Now they are an electric company, they should know that. It was an added cost of over 400 dollars for nothing.

Steven was great: friendly, very knowledgeable and fast. We discussed what needed to be done. And then we agreed on the course of action. Very good experience!

Shannon was friendly, knowledgeable and practical. I appreciated his expertise, and also the communication from the office staff. Young Electric is my go-to company for all electrical repairs.

We had a high speed electric charger installed and a couple of outlets replaced. Dalton was professional and got everything done much faster than I expected!

Anthony came and went….
I had sent a form detailing I was interested in a battery charging pack … Tesla powerwall type. Anthony came but thought a ev charger needed to be installed, so we started off on the wrong premises. No stress he looked, measured and was going to do some research. He got back to me the next day with 2 proposals. One to purchase the batteries ourselves and they would install and the other they would purchase. Great! Except since he saw we had solar neither of the offers includes them connecting it to our solar system which was the primary request. So in all great guy, I am sure they are great electricians but batteries for solar is not part of their business wish I had known before.

Our tech showed up on time and ready to answer our questions. They said we’ll have a quote by end of day - I’ll update once we hear back.

Jake fixed two electrical outlets and a stove that had a broken breaker in an efficient and fairly priced service. He was also friendly and respectful. We’re very happy!

Met with Bryan on a new meter-socket project. ….. very accommodating, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Though I have not signed an agreement with them yet …… first appearance is that Young Electric is a first class operation!!!

They showed up when they said they would; Jake and Austin were experienced, professional and great communicators. They job was executed exactly as planned, great quality, and they cleared all their debris away. The assessor - scheduler comms need improvement but the on-site team was great. Can I get Jake every time I call?

Dalton replaced our entire electrical panel with one having AFCI/GFCI combo breakers including whole house surge protection and a generator interlock. He was thoughtful, efficient and friendly. Job well done! Many thanks to Young Electric.

Young Electric showed up early (!) after they had called to verify I would home. Bryan fixed the issue within minutes and we were all happy again. Bryan was respectful and showed me how to *properly* reset a breaker. Thank you!

Shannon and Bryan did a fantastic job of installing a new Span Smart electrical panel, and moving all the wiring from the old location. Shannon carefully explained what they were going to do and laid out a plan. They were hard-charging, showing up at 6am every morning. They provided all kinds of helpful tips for how to manage expansion to the panel, and went above and beyond.

I’m very pleased with their top-notch staff, and excellent results.
