From the scheduler to the technician, these guys were friendly and helpful. They came out to do a job for me same-day. Troy answered the phone promptly, got all my information quickly, and was able to have the electrician, John, out to my home in just a few hours. John was knowledgeable and efficient, able to sort out my issues very quickly. The cost was reasonable although not inexpensive, but I am happy to pay well for excellent service. I am sincerely grateful for NXNW's help!

Troy's team did an excellent job. This is the second time I've had them out to our home and will continue to use their services. They communicated well, showed up on time and left the job site in great shape. I really appreciate using local contractors and North By Northwest Services is one of the finest we have.

Price seemed a bit steep—we were charged $525 for 90 minutes of work(!)—but the guy (Trent? I think?) who showed up to diagnose and fix a problem with our bathroom outlets was amazing. Arrived exactly on time, was courteous and friendly, explained how he was going to do the job (and, later, how he diagnosed and fixed the issue), and even removed his shoes (without being asked!) before entering our house. We're happy.

UPDATE:
In his response below, the owner seems to have me confused with another customer. We just had some faulty bathroom outlets. No portable generators, battery banks, solar system, etc. were involved.

(I'm explaining this just for clarity's sake—we're still satisfied customers.)

I have found my electricians! Needed an outdoor outlet updated and a waterproof cover. We also needed the 2 light fictures over the kitchen island replaced by new ones. I appreciate that I received a reasonable estimate with a couple of pictures I sent. Trent performed the service in a very capable manner. Very polite to.

I had a very good experience with everyone (Kaitlyn, DJ and Alec) not only on the phone but with executing all required projects. I wish I would have found them 5 years ago bc I went with another company (highly rated in the reviews) who I spent a lot of money to not complete the project of adding a wired doorbell. I didn’t think it could happen (as crazy as that seems) until someone referred them to me. Would highly recommend and will get my business for future projects.

Communication from the company was very extremely responsive and they were even able to move us into a sooner timeslot. We worked with Steve who was very professional and was quick to trouble shoot and fix our issue. We will work with DT Electric again for future issues and projects.

She asked relevant questions and reassured me that the issues would be addressed promptly. Kaitlin truly adds value with her outstanding customer service and understanding of client needs. She listened to the problems we faced and ensured that an electrician was scheduled quickly.

Today, Steve came to my home to evaluate the issues and was able to resolve them. He was patient and communicated well. Although he wasn't a salesperson, Steve took the time to point out potential improvements for the home's electrical system in the future. The timing was perfect, and the attention to detail was impressive, with consistent communication throughout the process.

I’m a real estate agent, so I’ve been around a LOT of different electrical companies. Hands down, DT Electric has been the best I’ve ever worked with! I used them on my own house to change the electric meter and fix a few other issues. They had fair pricing, were quick and clean, explained everything really well, and were honest. I’m convinced! Steve from DT Electric was AMAZING!! I have waited 3 months to have power on one entire wall of my house and 3 other electricians told me it was impossible, that rodents had chewed through a wire inside the wall. Steve refused to give up, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! I cannot say enough good things about him or this company!!

Jonathan did a wonderful job wiring in some sconces with switches into our bedroom wall with wainscoting and the end result looked like it was always there. Great attention to detail and no damage to the wall. Also wired in a recessed device box for a wall mounted TV and that turned out as expected. Will be using them again on any other electrical needs.

DT electric was amazing to work with. Tyler answered my multitude of questions throughout the process of putting power to our shop and up grading our electrical panel. I was told it wound take a day and a half but they finish in 1 day. The excavation company they hired was amazingly accurate and went out of his way to avoid any damage to our lawn in the process. They were very clean and most important made me feel very comfortable in my decisions. I will highly recommend DT electric.

I hunted for an electrician to install my Tesla charger. I first went on the Facebook ads and figured out they were all scams. They showed photos of local electricians and all the number was...was a phone number to some national corporation that just gave you the run around. I noticed DT Electric had responded to a Facebook user hunting for an electrician.....so I decided to reach out. So glad I found them. Honest....fast....work done perfect. I was able to get my Tesla charger installed as a birthday gift for my wife. I will be using these guys from now on. Jonathan was my installer .. amazing person. Thank you

We had Jonathan come to our home to find and fix an outage. He was so kind and respectful and definitely went above and beyond! It took two days but he found the short and fixed it. He put everything back in its place and even went back up on attic to see if the bathrooms were vented correctly. A+ service!

Great experience working with this company. Everyone in the office to Tyler who came out to give me a quote and was so knowledgeable and then Alec (and apprentice) who changed my service and did a phenomenal (clean) job. Their price wasn’t higher than any other quotes I got but they were all very close to each other but DT Electric was much more professional and knowledgeable and I made the right decision using them. The guys did a wonderful job installing our Level 2 EV charger! This company was just an outright pleasure to deal with. Professional, efficient and respectful. Very professional install and they left the worksite clean and tidy. Will use again.
