Gabe came within 30 minutes and fixed our ac when he other guys were gooked out. He was fast and courteous and suggested an affordable improvement to cool our home better.

Like the other reviews before me....AWESOME! Best overall HVAC repair experience I have ever had. Answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips to further the life of my 22 year old unit. I know where I am going to when I need a new system! Called me quickly from home advisor and said he could be at my place the next morning between 8-10. When 9:45 came he called and said it would be 10:15. COMMUNICATION! Something we don't have nowadays. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Absolutely the best HVAC company ever. Intelligent, honest, reliable.....I could go on and on. Gabe was here the same day I called him and had the unit fixed soon after! Gabriel not only explained what was wrong with my A/C unit, he fixed it and gave me advise about how to make it last longer. It's an older unit and I really appreciate that he had integrity and fixed instead of convincing me it was beyond repair and I needed a new one. When I do need a new one in a few years, I will call him.
He also knows how to install the LED ultraviolet lights for the whole house air system so I scheduled an appt. in w weeks for that service.

Our blower for the heat pump AC quit on a 100 degree day and Gabe was out by early afternoon to diagnose the problem, found a replacement blower and had it installed by early evening. Highly recommeded!

Gabe installed central heating in my home along with AC and a Heat pump in 3 days in August when my attic was over 100 degrees. He was extremely professional and really kind. He answered all of my questions. I had an issue with the manufacturers design within the first year, and Gabe showed up to my house the next day to fix it. We are very happy with our new heat pump and furnace that were installed this summer. Gabe gave us a great estimate that was what we needed and did not try and over sell us. He was prompt and when there was a delay for the needed furnace, he kept us updated. As soon as the furnace came in, installation was quickly scheduled and completed flawlessly. The heat pump preformed very well during the summer heatwaves and we are confident it will keep us warm this winter and our furnace will protect us from any Arctic blast.

I was extremely happy with the service. My mom's furnace went out on a Friday night, I called Saturday and they were able to be out within a couple hours. We had a 25 year old furnace and air-conditioned replaced. Ultimate installed a new furnace and heat pump and contracted for duct cleaning. Ralph Shafer came to our house inspected our system and evaluated our needs. He then gave us several options and explained their cost/benefit profiles. When we chose a system he was quick with a quote and always available to answer questions. We compared the Ultimate quote to two other quotes and it was the least expensive especially when you factored in the free filter and first year maintenance. The installation took 2 full days and the technicians were great! They answered all my questions and kept the work site clean. I highly recommend Ultimate Comfort.

Ultimate Comfort installed a heat pump for us and we have been very happy with their work. I would highly recommend the company - professional, courteous installers and we are really happy with our new system. I got about 4 other estimates and Ultimate was very competitive price-wise, plus I found them to best tailor the installation to our needs.

Ultimate Comfort does not honor its stated warranty contract. Steer clear. I hired the company to replace a gas water heater with a hybrid electric hot water heater in November. Stated on the estimate "Installations also include a 1-year labor warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty." The estimate became a contract upon signing and acceptance. The day after installation the water heater began to buzz loudly when the compressor was running. When I paid the balance of the bill I told the person I spoke with about the buzz. She said that the service manager would return my call. The next day I received a call from the salesman, John, stating he would come out to evaluate. More issues arose such as insufficient hot water for a 15 minute shower, wide range of temperature (114 to 130 degrees when the temperature was set to 125), and worst, the Rheem app indicated high electrical usage (average 14 kwh per day). I informed the salesman of these issues when he came to evaluate. I believe the salesman was sent to 'pacify the old bat'. I'm female and old, two strikes against me when dealing with these kinds of people.

John focused on the buzzing sound, which he agreed in my presence did not sound right. Next communication from him was an email stating that the only authorized service in the area is Stan the Water Heater Man and I should contact them. See stated warranty in the contract above. He also said that I should set the temperature at 130 to better ensure sufficient hot water per the person he spoke with at Stan. He did not state who he talked with so I have no way of following up except to contact their service department. I discovered that Rheem does not cover labor in its warranty, even in the first year. So I am supposed to pay someone else to fix this unit that Ultimate Comfort warranteed?

This result is especially aggravating because in the initial contact with John I told him about Stan's opinion of hybrid water heaters. I was told that they break down all the time and it is impossible to get parts. Maybe they were right. I apparently mistook John's 'deer caught in headlights' look for incredulous. I was assured that Ultimate Comfort would take care of anything if there were problems. I was also assured at installation by John and the owner, Ralph who installed the unit, that the high cost of the unit would be offset by energy savings vs standard electric water heaters, that it would add a small amount to my electric bill. 398 kWh in the last 30 days is not a small amount! This is in a household of 2. I shouldn't have to raise the temperature to scalding to have enough hot water for a 15 minute shower. I did that with the 17 year old gas water heater that needed replacement. We should be able to take back to back showers but can't, there isn't enough hot water. Waiting an hour isn't sufficient for it to deliver enough hot water. Water temperatures should not vary 10 to 15 degrees.

Next step is a CCB complaint. This unit needs to be replaced. It is defective. Ultimate Comfort needs to honor its contract. They need to lose some sleep over this. I've certainly lost enough.
