When a Soft Wash Pros ad appeared on my Facebook thread I clicked on it for a free estimate. Cameron contacted me almost immediately to schedule an appointment for moss removal and treatment.

Cameron showed up on time and what a pleasant surprise. His customer guest service skills are on point. He went into detail about the process and answered my numerous questions. I especially appreciated that there was no hard sale. Once I made a decision on this process I was sent an estimate via email.

Scott and Nathan showed up at the scheduled time. I especially appreciated that once the roof project was completed I was provided pictures to show the process and how quickly the moss was impacted by the spraying. It was impressive.

We had multiple jobs to be done. Roof washing and care, power washing all of the concrete and brickwork, and power washing all the decks. They did a terrific job, efficient and cleaned up as they went. I highly recommend them.

Huge thanks to Noah and Cody for the great job they did on my roof, sidewalk and driveway. They were friendly and it was a pleasure to meet them. They were courteous and took great care to make sure everything was cleaned up before they left (even the street). They went above my expectations by spraying my garden shed and patio concrete with no extra costs. Soft Wash Pros got us scheduled pretty quickly, which I really appreciated. They were professional, respectful, and easy to work with the whole time. Communication was easy, and they explained everything clearly. Our roof is definitely a challenge with all the angles, and since it gets less sun and holds more moisture, it tends to get more moss, but they were still able to treat those areas.

After the treatment, they followed up and explained that the whitish/brownish moss means it’s dead and will fall off naturally over the next couple of months, which was really helpful to know. They also scheduled a 6-month follow-up and said they’ll re-spray at no cost if any moss is still there. That gave me peace of mind and confidence in choosing them.

From start to finish we had a GREAT experience. Gerard came out to provide an estimate for house wash, roof cleaning of house, gutter cleaning of shop and pressure washing a lot of concrete. Our appointment for the work to be done was set very quickly. Noah and Cody arrived and were super friendly and courteous. But more importantly, cared about our property and did an amazing job. Bonus points that they loved the cookies I baked for them. 🤡 Gerard also came and worked right along with the team. Can’t recommend them enough. We don’t love hiring out jobs we can do ourselves but the amount of time and back pain we would endure made this money very well spent! Hire them! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Softwash Pros!
