Prompt. Professional. Courteous. And they do excellent work. I don’t call someone if I can do the job myself but I didn’t trust my skills to install the new tub/shower faucets. They took care of it for me and I am so grateful. 15/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend Hydrotech Plumbing! Mike responded quickly to my query, reviewed the problem with my husband and completed the drain repair in a timely fashion. This is my primary plumbing company since they installed plumbing for a new bathroom for us last summer when everyone else took forever or did not respond to our inquiries. Mike did a great job and worked around our construction schedule well.

I have hired Mike on a few jobs. When he started, he was fantastic! Then he started jobs and never finished. He held up remodel jobs, and I ended up hiring other plumbers to finish the jobs he had already been paid out for. He will not return calls or text. So I have to say the only options I have left is to make a formal complaint with the ccb board. I would recommend hiring someone more reputable.

I posted this a few months back, and today, I have an additional comment to add. This company went to a local owed hardware store, and knowing he was not on our account at all, he talked his way into charging around $1500 to our company account with no communication to us at all. We had to report this to the police. It's the dishonest that makes the honest have to work harder.

We had a ductless heating and a/c system installed on our home. Justin did a phenomenal job at explaining all our options and what system would work best for our home. When installing the unit Justin, Garrett, and Tim finished it in a day. They were great people. The communication was good and they always answered our questions. Would recommend them to anyone. Just hired Perfect Climate today to replace our aging heat pump system that stopped working during cooling mode this week. I am very impressed with owner, Garrett's, quick scheduling of our appointment and his technician, Justin's, responsiveness, knowledge, and patience answering my husband's and my questions. Perfect climate replaced our old gas furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump. Justin and Garrett were great. Very professional, explained the removal and installation process that was going to be done. Their team was very thorough and cleaned up as they worked. It didn't stop with job, but continued as they would call or stop by to make sure the system was working properly.

Great customer service! Returned call promptly and sent technician the next day. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what we needed to have done to fix our leaking mini split issue. Got the job done efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Super easy to work with! Very professional and incredibly fair, came out to diagnose my ac unit very quickly. Gave us a temporary fix and diagnostic for a very reasonable price, and while we can't afford a full fix for right now, when we can, we will be calling Perfect Climate again!

Super annoyed with Perfect Climate. They serviced my dad's property a few years ago. We paid them right away. They randomly try to re-charge me every 6 months or so acting like there's some new service provided. The bill is from 2022 and I've shown them proof of payment several times but this doesn't seem to deter them from continuously trying to rebill me. Sorry I ever used them. Would never do it again. I've never experienced who’s accounting this poorly, especially when it’s a constantly recurring error that’s been pointed out to them several times. One time I can understand, but fix it!!

We went through the process of getting multiple quotes since we needed an entire system replaced, and from the very beginning, Garett’s level of customer service and professionalism shone through. We had our heat pump system replaced and everything went very well. When there was a minor quirk with the thermostat, they responded promptly and got it adjusted to our preferences.
