They do an awesome job. They call me every year when it’s time to get maintenance done or I would most definitely forget. They answer all my questions thoroughly and are very kind and respectful everytime they are at my house.

Too often is the experience of trust extended, money spent and benefit of the doubt given only to realize you’ve been had - again. Not so with Garrett of Perfect Climate Mechanical, LLC. He was early, thorough, honest and professional. He took pictures of his work, did what was necessary and left my place in better shape than when he arrived. I initially thought their five star rating was a ruse but to my surprise, the real deal does exist.
It’s not uncommon that vendors are late and then sloppy. Worse, they spend more time talking than working. Then loiter around for a tip as if their many words were some how part and parcel to the problem they came to fix. I hope Perfect Climate Mechanical is as good to their employees as Garrett was to me.

The people at Perfect Climate are awesome! Great team that do top notch work. They were incredibly easy to work with, took their time to make sure we understood everything about our new heating/cooling systems, and worked fast. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Yes, I thought the service with Perfect Climate was great! I would recommend them. Josh did a really good job and also took photos of their work to show me. And he took time to explain what was happening in terms I could understand. Garett is great too though it was Josh that did the work. We had an ice storm and he still made sure when it was safe to come to my house with the part and get the job done. Thank you for all you do.

Perfect climate installed a new system for us in one day. They were professional and stayed until everything was working properly. Theguys then gave atutorial on the system which was really helpful.I hibhly recommend them.RD

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I called on a Friday after an ice storm and were able to help me by Monday. I imagine they were being flooded with calls. The tech arrived on time, answered all my questions, offered advice and did an amazing job servicing my mini split unit. The service was quite affordable as well, I didn't feel gouged one bit.

From the first visit, to the finalization of my project, Perfect Climate was exactly that, Perfect! They even sent me a text with a picture of the technician each time they were headed to my house to perform the work. Great customer service and communication, great with my dogs, kids, etc. Thank you all for the great install!
**UPDATE** Perfect Climate is so good they even came out this year and did the initial service on the system at no charge. These guys really are the best!

When my HVAC truly broke down during a heat wave, everyone with Perfect Climate was very helpful. They were patient with my many questions about the different replacement options, they lent me a portable AC to tide me over, and the installation of the new HVAC went smoothly. Garrett, as always, was professional, helpful and did a great job. Perfect Climate took great care of my old HVAC, and I'll continue to rely on them going forward.

Perfect Climate did a great job! Justin was the technician who came to do an annual maintenance on our heat pump, and he was very friendly and thorough. He took before and after pictures of our heat pump as he cleaned it and made recommendations to get the most out of our 15 year old system. They did a great job utilizing technology to keep me informed of when they would arrive, appointment confirmations and emailed a copy of my receipt along with the photos. I highly recommend them and happy with their friendly service. 😄 P.S. my dog loved Justin and he’s great with dogs! 🐶

They were courteous during our encounter but in my opinion did not do a thorough job with our issue. The problem was improved but not fully addressed. When I left messages they did not respond. After three messages I spoke with someone in person who said they would pass on my message, but now, days later, still no response. We paid them in full after the job, which took them about 40 min to do, and it cost us almost 400.00. I ordered some foam tape and will try to finish the job myself.

My AC went out during the extreme heat, when calling repair companies. Perfect Climate was the only company out of 5 that answered my call. They came out within 24 hour and repaired my issues. Thank you for your excellent service.

We really enjoyed our experience with the team at Perfect Climate. They were responsive, professional and honest. Their goal was clearly to help us make the best decision regarding our HVAC system, rather than just trying to sell us something. We highly recommend them.

Perfect Climate came recommended to me from my good friend Wyatt. Garett who came out was thorough, accommodating with scheduling, knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he diagnose the issue and fix it, at my request he connected up to my system and found a deeper issue that might have led to my furnace problem. He fixed that too. The speediness at which Perfect Climate got out to my place when my furnace went out was incredibly appreciable. After all was said and done, Garett sent me out a really nice email recapping everything that was done and included photos of all the work. I highly recommend Perfect Climate!!

I had them service my HVAC unit, and everyone I interacted with has been amazing. Garrett handled our semi-annual cleaning and maintenance. He showed me pictures and explained the work he recommended in addition to the cleaning. Very helpful and fairly priced. I joined their yearly membership, which gave me additional discounts on the extra services provided. They are knowledgeable, honest, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Very responsive through phone and text. I’m happy to have found them!

I am so pleased at the quick and professional response! My AC is working perfectly well now, and the technician explained all the issues addressed. I felt very confident in his ability, and was impressed by his professionalism.

Personable and professional. It was nice to reach a person on the other end of the phone, not an answering service. Garrett explained the work he did thoroughly and also provided tips for future maintenance and upkeep. They'll be my first call in the future - highly recommend.

Came when they said they would, only did what was needed, and left 5 extra filters for every 6 month replacement. Happy with the service and rescheduled for next year’s maintenance.
