Daniel did an outstanding job, not only checking and helping maintain our HVAC system, but took his time to explain ways to best operate and care for the equipment in between service visits. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and we would highly recommend his technical expertise to anyone else.

Daniel has come out to service our furnace and AC the last couple times. He is friendly and thorough.

Fred reviewed the installation, calibrated the thermostat, wrapped loose and worn duct insulation and properly rewired the condensation pump. Fred is trustworthy, efficient, professional.

We had BOD install a 17seer heat pump and air handler system to replace our original 1990's gas furnace. Cody was incredible at putting the estimate together for us. He worked with us to help us understand the different tiers, and the pros and cons to each. They also applied on our behalf for Oregon rebates available for our new high-efficiency system.

The install process was great! The crew showed up on time, worked very hard to make sure all the bits and pieces were installed correctly. Their contract electrician did a great job wiring everything up even though he was probably missing dinner with his family as they worked into the evening, finishing about 7:30PM.

After everything was all hooked up, Kevin the owner came personally to fire up the unit for the first time and make sure it was all operating properly, as well as answer any questions we had.

As a general contractor, I use trades workers quite often as subcontractors. I don't often have contractors in my home. These guys were professional, on budget, and the lines of communication were open and prompt. I highly recommend Best Owner Direct and will be sending my clients their way should they have any HVAC needs.

Danny is a hard working, reliable employee for BHD. He frequently performs the service and repairs on my HVAC system. This most recent problem was a persistent issue and he was finally able to get it figured and now it seems to be working fine now. Danny is someone I have come to know. He believes in building relationships with his customers and takes the time to get the issue at hand taken care of. I’ve grown to trust him. He’s a credit to the industry and providing customer service. Which for me, means a lot. Thank you Danny!

Kevin came out to my house, did an in depth inspection of an issue I was having. Found I had time to wait until a repair was needed and was very open and honest with what I needed.

Excellent customer service, great communications answering all of our questions, left the site clean, and very respectful of our space within the house. Arranged to have someone come from the office later in the week to explain how the thermostat works.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. He found my issue quickly and got right on the repair. He came out to my house after working a long, hot day. He communicated his arrival time via text, with an accurate arrival time. I will recommend this company to my friends!

Our original AC quit after 25 years during a recent heat wave and our furnace was acting up…BOD saved the day! In the middle of a heat wave with no AC, we really appreciated the quick turnaround from coming out for the initial diagnostics to completing the installation of the new AC and furnace!

Best Owner Direct is fast, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. We've used them to replace a tankless hot water heater, run larger gas lines for a kitchen remodel, and to install venting for a hood vent insert. All work was performed perfectly every single time. Highly recommended!!

Daniel was excellent, attentive to detail and committed to completing all tasks other installers overlooked. He worked tirelessly into the evening making sure everything was working properly with a water heather install, and he had a great attitude all along.

Josh installed a generator interlock into our panel a few weeks ago, but I hadn't received our new generator at that time so we couldn't effectively test the install. Josh offered to come back out once I had the generator to make sure if was good to go.
The generator arrived and I got it up and going. Josh came back out to walk me through the connection of the generator and use of the interlock. Super easy. Worked perfectly!

Wonderful, friendly service. Kevin worked so hard to find and fix the issue and now we have the sweet relief of ac again. These are my only HVAC peeps now. HIGHLY recommend!
