We received services from Best Owner Direct HVAC today on our heating system. The Office Staff and person who came to service our unit were both very helpful, professional and great communicators. I recommend this company!

Everyone at Best Owner Direct was fantastic from my initial phone call to installation of my ductless heat pump. I very much appreciated how friendly but professional each person was. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After 9 months our new heat pump system registered a voltage problem and stopped operating. I called Best Owner in the morning and they asked me to give them a couple of hours to arrange a service call and then told me Freddy would be coming at 11:00 a.m. Freddy showed up at 11:00 on the dot, ran some quick diagnostics on the heat pump and the air exchanger, and asked if there was a separate damper in the kitchen on the other side of the wall. There wasn't a damper in the kitchen, but there is a damper in the attic that handles heating/cooling zones for the upstairs and the signal wire had a short that was causing the voltage problem. A few minutes later, and a couple of system resets, the problem was solved and heat returned to the house. Great service and experienced technicians make Best Owner a great partner in keeping our house happy.

Problem was my heating. I was referred by my friend to this company. They are very prompt, did a fast scheduling on the service and friendly. The appointment was late in the afternoon so, Freddy the technician diagnosed what’s wrong fast, got the repairs scheduled and did a great job explaining well what the problem was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

To me..Customer Service is priority one.B.O.D. won the day...easily.
Our home had an older hvac system that was 20 plus yr.s old and was truly on its way out...In doing our due diligence,we definitely wanted a home town business and a close by business. We called around to a few local shops but only got messages. BOD actually answered the phones and came by the following day. We still had heat but the system was acting up. Dan from BOD stopped by and looked at it and tested everything.We all concurred that it was best to get a new system. We then met with Joel and settled on a new system...at a very competitive price.. The installers came a few days later an did the total install in one day and it looks great....Great service all around...these fellas were like a swarm of bees...a well tuned machine.My wife and I are extremely happy with our new install and with the folks from BOD....from office help to the install Techs. Our homework paid off in spades,and we highly recommend these folks for your hvac needs. YOU won't be sorry.

The best customer service around. Fast scheduling and right on time. Our service tech Danny was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue the first time and got the repairs scheduled fast. Once the part arrived he was back out as scheduled and got the repair done quickly. I'll be using them again in the future.

Appointment booking was simple and quick, would’ve been able to get in the day of my call but I was personally unavailable. The next appointment was the following week so, 4 days wait for availability after that. The receptionist was courteous, upbeat, and helpful and got us hooked up. We received text message reminders and confirmations that were helpful as well.

Daniel the technician was very friendly and professional. He showed up within the window allotted for the appointment. He was quick to diagnose the issue and shared with us some solutions. He spent much of his time trying to work with the Nest thermostat folks to set up our thermostat correctly to function optimally with the condenser/furnace unit. Overall pleased with the level of service! Will call again.

I wouldn't recommend using their services at all. As with most HVAC companies they overcharge for the kind of services they provide. Up sell you on services that you aren't interested in at all. Had a leak in the condensation pipe of HVAC because of shoddy work in sealing the pvc pipe from the previous HVAC company. Called these folks since they were recommended from the inspection service I used for my house.

They cleverly charge $149 visit fee so you will be on the hook for more if you require multiple visit. For a simple PVC pipe glue job, he charged me $350 including the visit fee and was trying to convince me to go through insurance for a small fix. Unnecessary recommendations to fix stuff that wasn't required at all. Distracted and training some other technician on call when he is contracted to the job for me.

Had to provide him insulation foam covers for pipes since he didn't have one on hand and for every suggestion he had to service the HVAC, he was indicating on coming some other time rather than fixing it at the spot.(That means another visit fee)

I would avoid this business.
