I recently had a system installed by Hybrid Heating and AC. I must give this group a five star rating. A+ on all scores. The install is that wonderful finished look skilled tradesmen can do. The extra high marks are due to the flexibility of the team. I was able to get extras added to the system at the last minute. I wanted an auxiliary power in for the gas furnace, and an auxiliary fresh air supply. Both are in. There was flexibility on the install, also. The furnace exhaust could take a left or go up. I was able to choose, it now goes through the south wall. The installers that made all this happen, drumroll please, Andrew, Jake, Duane and Tim. Job Well Done. Thank You. Worst experience ever. I paid in February. Product was on backorder for months. After complaining, I got an upgrade just to have it break down less than a month later. Owner keith never calls you back. The emergency line doesn't even work so you can't even call after hours. They are real quick to take your money, but act like a snail when it comes to installing and repairing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I really wish I did. And when they miraculous do respond to you (3 months later) in a review posts, all you are going to get are excuses after excuses. The best one is : "oh this has never happened before". Give me a break. I try and do my best to try and support family owned businesses, but this definitely left a sour taste in a mouth when it comes to family owned businesses.

Every person I have dealt with at Hybrid has been professional, respectful, capable, and nice. We used them to install an air conditioning unit, and for maintenance. They would be my first choice for any future HVAC work.

We had our ductless mini-split installed by the team at Hybrid 4 years ago & it was a wonderful and efficient process. This week, we got a weird error code on the system & they came out the same day & diagnosed the issue! Calvin was professional & helpful. We cannot recommend Hybrid enough!! Thank you!

I discovered on the hottest day of the year that my AC wasn't working. Hybrid had such great reviews I called them, and was very pleased with their service. They came the same day and were able to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend them!

Hybrid recently replaced our aging furnace and air conditioner. We upgraded our system, creating more comfort zones in our house. We love our new system. It is much quieter and far more comfortable than what we previously had.

Rory was extremely knowledgeable about the particular issue I was having. In this case the fan on my furnace wasn’t turning off when it reached temperature. He diagnosed the issue no problem as a faulty control board and had me scheduled within the next couple days for the replacement once the part came in. Personable and responsive. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Will was very respectful, removing his shoes before entering our house. After doing the hvac servicing, he let us know of any issues that were currently in need repair and of any potential issues that may come up in the future. I feel very confident that the service was done correctly and efficiently. Thank you!

8-23-24 Had maintenance service to our existing HVAC system completed by Jacob P today. Very knowledgable technican and very professional. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend his services to your other customers.Hybrid Heating & Air Conditioning is a top-notch company for sure and you will not be disappointed in their professionalism, their knowledge, and service.

Initially, in 2018 when we constructed our home we were referred to them by a contractor friend of ours, Interior Revisions Custom Remodeling. We couldn't be happier. They installed our heating and cooling system and even pre-wired it for future zoning if we were to ever need it.
They came out yesterday and we had them finish up the work to zone our house into 3 zones, and right away we noticed the improvement and how beneficial zoning increased the performance of the system. In hindsight, we wish we could have installed zones when we initially built our home.
For future services and HVAC needs for our home we will definitely use them as long as they are around.

Professionalism and caring at its best! Hybrid Heating doesn't even service my area, but when my furnace stopped working the Friday before Christmas and after a storm front brought ice and snow to Wilsonville, Megan called me back to try to troubleshoot my furnace issues over the phone. After checking off the first two items, the third turned out to be the issue and I was able to defrost our frozen condensate line and get our furnace running! Megan didn't have to call me back, they wouldn't service my house if they had someone available to help so they had no money on the line, but took the time to try to help anyway. I can't thank her enough for helping us get our furnace running on the last business day before Christmas! I recommend them to everyone who is in their service area because if this is the service they will provide to someone outside their area, I can only imagine the help they can provide to those who are!

Eric did the inspection of the home we are purchasing and he far exceeded our expectation. Then you sent a team to service the furnace at the home we are selling and those two guys were great as well. We are also having Hybrid install a brand new high efficiency propane furnace at our new home and have the utmost confidence that the experience will be top notch!!

Calvin provided excellent customer service. Received a phone call that they would like to come by earlier for a furnace tune up, Calvin arrived right at the new time. Very patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Chris was very nice and explained things very well. The installers were efficient and polite, and very considerate. Andrew explained what every was and what it did after everything was installed. This is the second time I have used Hybrid and I have been very happy both times with the results. If I needed anything to do with heat and air conditioning in the future, I would call them immediately!

After having reservations about how much another company was charging I contacted Hybrid to do some of the work. They charged me about $1500 less than the other company wanted to charge me. I canceled my recurring maintenance payments from the other company and will pay these guys to maintain my system from now on. Very professional and was impressed by their tech and general professionalism.

Megan!! I called this morning after going over to my son's house to find it freezing cold and the heater not working. You guided me through what might be the problem, unfreezing the condensation line was the fix. So while you could have come out and charged me you helped diagnose it over the phone, it was so appreciated during this storm we are experiencing. I hope your company continues to thrive!!! I will be a customer for many more years and recommend your company to others.

Needed service on a mini split, it was blowing chunky black stuff. Hybrid was close by so decided to try them. Office staff is friendly and helpful. My tech Will was knowledgeable and fast and efficient! I highly recommend, I feel lucky to have found Hybrid !

We had an excellent experiece with Jacob. He gave us a courtesy call about 30 minutes before arrival. He was very efficent, tidy, and diligent about the work. He initally thought we would need a new pump for our heat pump. But he installed a new one and found it having the same issue. So he put the original pump back in place explaining what might happen if the original pump did fail. He thought the problem was most likely due to the pump not being strong enough to push the water through the system instead of the pump going out. He documented the issue as part of his report also. He answered all questions explaining some of the intricacies that I did not understand in a manner that I could relate to. He was very friendly and pleasant to deal with in every aspect. We would definitely reuqest Jacob for any future work. He showed us again why we enjoy our entire experience with Hybrid. Everyone we have dealt with from sales to service and routine maintenance has been excellent.

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. When Chris came out for our estimate he gave us multiple options and explained each in a very easy to understand way. He was available for all our questions while we considered the quotes we received. Once we decided to go with Hybrid they scheduled us very quickly. Our installers were friendly and professional. Again everything was explained in an easy to understand way. They were done in a day and cleaned up so you wouldn't even know they were there
