I must say, my experiences with this AC repair service have been nothing short of excellent on multiple occasions! I've been relying on them for 8 years, as my HVAC system was in a rough condition before moving into my Cornelius home. An outdated furnace, mismatched compressors, and substandard duct work from 1998 were the initial challenges. However, whenever this company dispatched a technician to inspect our system, they've always been straightforward and honest about our needs. If a part was required, they ensured it was ordered that same day and installed at the earliest convenience, all done with utmost courtesy and respect. Three days ago, the compressor for our large unit failed. They sent Brady to my home in less than 24 hours. We knew it was about time for a new system, and when Brady gave us two options. We could either replace just the compressor (to work with an ancient furnace) or, considering the age of our system, it might be time to upgrade to a new system. Brady got in touch with his office and managed all the details to ensure a brand new system was installed in our home just two days later. Danny, the technician who came to install the new system, arrived first thing in the morning and worked tirelessly to get it done. Despite some quirks with our system, they managed to work around them and install a fantastic system. I also received top-notch customer service from everyone at the office. They ensured permits were acquired and compiled all necessary information into a packet for my convenience. If I had any questions, I could refer to this information or simply give them a call. I can genuinely vouch for the promptness, courtesy, and expertise of Jordan, Danny, and Brady. They understand that HVAC systems can be quite complex, especially in a hot climate like Cornelius. I'm confident they're doing the best job they possibly can to service them!

incredible service. the team was very detailed and hardworking. they replaced our old ac system, installed a new blower, upgraded the returns, and completely redid the ductwork and air plenum. before the improvements from williams & sons heating & air conditioning, our house in cornelius had lots of hot and cold spots, dusty vents, and mismatched return sizes. one room was always uncomfortable. now, the temperature is the same in every room, and the air moves smoothly with multiple returns and just one filter to change. the new two-stage blower is much more efficient. the thermostat is now a smart climate control system that i can adjust from my phone, and it automatically switches between cooling and heating as needed. brady, cesar, and elias did fantastic work, and we really appreciate their skill and knowledge.
