Turned our tiny yard into summer sanctuary.

My wife and I have a very cramped back yard that needed a lot of attention: a new fence, a new gate, and a bunch of old mulch+sand removed. We also wanted more seating space but didn't know if we wanted a deck or pavers or what made the most sense. listened to what we wanted and put a big crew on the tiny project to knock it out quickly! The small yard gave them limited space to work in, but they somehow made it work.

Very detail oriented. Has a great ability of “seeing” and the artistic ability of creating.

I highly recommend this company. I needed my sprinkler system winterized and they showed up the next were quick, friendly, professional, and for an excellent price.

I always use IV Landscaping for winterizing my sprinklers. They do a great job for a great price!

I called and scheduled an appointment for a quote with Ignacio for replacing my front lawn. They never showed up and didn't reply to my texts. I would not trust them to be reliable.

I needed a repair to a drip irrigation system. I contacted this company and was able to get Ignacio to come out the next day and complete the repair. The price was reasonable and he helped with some information on a hardscape idea I had. I recommend this company.

We called this morning and since they were close by stopped by and immediately took care of our irrigation repair issue. We are considering some other changes to the system and will definitely use IV.

I highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs. They respond in a timely fashion with all forms of communication, show up on time, clean up after a job, and are friendly and professional. Their prices are very reasonable. They built a small retaining wall, excavated and leveled my backyard and put in a paver patio. They also did a great job on a small rock garden in my front yard utilizing, pavers, boulders, and river rock. Give them a call!

I would stay away from this company. They fixed our sprinkler problem, but the way they handled themselves with regards to pricing was unprofessional and deceitful, and when my fiancé tried to discuss my concerns they just got rude. The price he was told over the phone didn't match what was listed in the final invoice, and they claimed he was wrong. OK, fine, maybe it was a bad connection and he didn't hear right.

Their pricing scheme didn't make any sense. They charge a large upfront fee just based on the sprinkler zones you have. My understanding was that this would include some initial labor (like other companies I had talked to), but it didn't include anything besides briefly looking at the sprinklers run. If you want to charge a fee just to come to the property then make it clear that's what it is.

We asked for a quote on some other yard work and their prices were 2-3x higher than any other company in the area. It just seemed unreasonably high!

Then clearing and adjusting any of the sprinklers costs extra. Why this wasn't included in the initial sprinkler fee is beyond me. Then they quote you one price per sprinkler head repair and say if you don't do it now then next time it will cost more for each sprinkler. Why does the repair price change per sprinkler head based on when they're doing it? Don't they already have a large service fee for coming out? They should charge the same fee per work done if they're charging a fee to come out.

Finally, the prices they wanted to charge for doing the same exact fix on different parts of the system was different and they insulted me when we pointed it out.

I'm surprised to see all of the other positive reviews for this company. They were unclear about the pricing before the visit, were even less clear about pricing during the visit (not mentioning some of the charges as they were working and charging inconsistent amounts for other work), and then were rude at the end when we confronted them about these issues.

I called and explained on the phone that I needed two Rain Bird sprinkler heads replaced.
Ignacio told me on the phone he would be out the next morning at 9:00am and would repalce both heads for $60.00.
I thought at the time that was very reasonable, maybe to reasonable. I have changed these heads in the past and knew that it was a pretty simple and straight forward job,but the heads alone cost me about $18.00 each. (I thought he must be able to buy them much cheaper).
When he arrived he looked at the two sprinkler heads and said those were not the style he thought they were, He then said it would be $65.00 each to change them..
I told him I was pretty sure that when we talked on the phone his price was to low, and we were probably not talking about the same style heads.
I agreed to the new price, which sounded to be more in line with what I expected.
He then left to go purchase the correct heads and returned about 30 minutes later to install them.

This is where the problem started.... When he returned he brought an entirely different style than what I had. I told him, thats not what we talked about. He said these were better, I told him I wanted the same style as what was already there, He Stopped dead in his tracks and said "You don't want these, then I don't want to do the job".
I said fine, thats up to you if you don't want the job. But I don't understand why you don't simply put in the sprinklers I want, instead of what you think I should have.
I have 4 rain birds in my backyard and I don't want two of one style and two of another style. With that he picked up his tools and walked off.
One other thing that really ticked me off, He was all ready to install the two totally different heads without even asking me if that would be alright. I am just glad I asked to see what was in the box before he got started.

They're great. Very quick to respond and their prices are very reasonable. Came out quickly for testing my irrigation in a new house and even gave free advice on how to make my yard better. Would definitely use them again.

I recently hired IV Landscape Services on very short notice to help with a paver patio I needed done by the following Monday. Ignacio and his crew showed up on the weekend and for a very fair price did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

Ignacio and his team did a great job on our backyard. They cleared a weeded area and replaced it with a beautiful paver patio, path/walkway, and fire pit area. We chose them due to their reasonable quote and photos of past jobs. I am so glad we chose them.

I recently had a large amount of water coming out of my sprinkler system into my yard. When they arrived they dug out, found the large crack, cut out and placed new piping all in under a half hour. They work quick and clean. I recommend them for any yard work or lawn repair.

We replaced our sidewalk leaving us with a large mound of dirt in the front yard and much of the grass destroyed. IV Landscape gave us a good quote for tilling the front yard and putting in sod. I also had some work done in a couple borders and a small path of pavers put in, but the bulk of the work was leveling the front yard, putting in a bit of good soil as a base for the new grass and then installing sod.

The work was done quickly and the results very good. I followed instructions to water in the sod properly to get good root growth. Now a year later I have applied some spring fertilizer and the lawn is still looking great.

I am happy with the work they did for me and would recommend them..

My wife and I highly recommend IV landscaping. We recently contracted IV to expand our existing concrete slab patio, using pavers to add some additional flair and aesthetic design elements. Ignacio Valencia, the owner of IV Landscaping, was very helpful in suggesting different paver products and designs. He provided alternative choices when certain pavers were found to be unavailable in our area. The photos of his work on his web site, as well as the photo brochure he carries with him, were useful in getting an idea of what the final design would look like. Even though ours was a relatively small job, he gave us all the attention we needed, and was very flexible when we made last-minute changes. In addition to laying in the pavers, Ignacio and his crew constructed a trellis as part of our project, thereby saving us the trouble of calling in a second contractor. The entire job was finished in only two days and we are very happy with the end result.

Fantastic experience with Ignacio, i had a irrigation system installed in my front and back yard and a drip system all controlled with a smart controller and a rain censor to automatically shut my system off when it rains and back on when it needs water again, so cool and great for when im out of town.
I love my garden and all of my flowers and was having trouble keeping them in good condition when im gone or by over or under watering myself and it is so time consuming. Now i will have soft green watered grass and my flowers and shrubs watered the perfect amount for me. Lots more time for my to enjoy my yard and to go on vacation and everything still be beautiful when i return.
Ignacio and his team were all very polite and he helped explain in detail to me how to adjust things on the drip system when i add new plants or ones get established and no longer need water. I ask a ton of questions and he had no problem taking time for me to grasp everything that was being done.
Also the county inspector said to me "Thats how i like to see it done.", meaning he thought the backflow system was done very well.

Ignacio and his team "hit is out of the park" with the sod replacement at my house. They were prompt, provided exactly what i request, completed the job super fast, quick replies to all my emails and the results are incredible. I have already had a neighbor ask who did the work. I would recommend IV Landscape to anyone!

I received over 5 bids for installation of an irrigation system in front and rear yards of my large corner lot. Not only was IV Landscape LLC the lowest bid, they successfully installed the system within just days of signing the contract. They encountered some unanticipated routing challenges that required additional time but did not charge for extra labor. The owner is a contractor so inspection fees and hook-up were included in the bid price. The owner has come back several times to check the system and make sure it is working properly. Maintenance and winterizing the irrigation system are included throughout first year. Strong warranty also included. Versatile and consumer friendly , they also removed two trees and spread barkdust for a very reasonable price. Ignacio replied to my request for a quote within a day, showed up the next day, and a week later the job was done. That's how fast him and his team are! I ordered Belgard pavers and wall blocks for a raised bed on a patio project, and Ignacio was kind enough to cut some of them to fit, even though these pavers and wall blocks weren't supposed to need cutting. I really appreciate his patience and strong work ethic! The patio and raised bed turned out great!

Ignacio and his team put in new sod and created new flower beds several months ago and it still looks fantastic. Lawn continues to be strong and green. IV Landscape is professional and efficient, as well as being very kind and courteous. They completed this fairly large job in less than one day and still looks great many months afterwards. I would highly recommend IV Landscape and plan to use them again in the future.
