Professional, prompt, and very courteous. Price was slightly higher than competitors but their service is much better and worth it. They cleaned my septic tank which was overdue by several years. Showed me the after pictures and it looked way cleaner than I expected and better than previous company did many years ago. I will use them again.

They came out promptly to diagnose an issue with the septic pump. They had been out here before to install the septic pump. This time the problem was the float was blocked from full range of motion, but they fixed it free of charge. Very pleased with the service and results

These guys are professionals. I thought I needed a pump replacement so I scheduled a diagnosis and it turned out the float was just stuck. They were able to fix it and only charged me a service call. Very easy for anyone to talk to the techs and they are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them for all your draining and septic needs. And the best part is they were on time.

When water does not go down you have an issue...especially in a downstairs vanity with company coming!!!
Also...we learned...
1. DO NOT use scrunched piping for any P trap!! It clogs up!!!
2. USE correct drain cleaners that are not corrosive.
I will call West Side Drain again if we have any similar issues.
Service charges were reasonable.

Prompt. Professional. Hardworking. Effective in dealing with my icky stinky sewage issue, got us up and running again. Kept me informed with diagnosis and options for plan forward. Documented findings. Had the right pro tools that were clean when they arrived. Price was not cheap but it was fair and I got value for the money. If I ever need any of the services West Side provides again, I will call them first.

These guys are seriously diligent. Even tho’ it ended up not a plumbing issue when we all thought it was. Will use them again in a heartbeat if needed.

We had a septic scope done in the process of buying our house this summer. A few days after we moved in, we noticed some sewage overflow coming out of our pipe. We called West Side the next morning and asked them to come back out. They discovered that they had missed something in our pipe and said they would make it right. We appreciated their honesty and professionalism as far as dealing with the issue and would recommend their company to others.

John came out and took care of pumping our septic. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Also very thorough. Will gladly use West Side again.

We had a blockage in our drain system. West Side did a great job - in the rain - of cleaning it out and installing devices to prevent a recurring blockage.

We had an issue, a mistake had been made which we all make. They came out that same day I called and they did an inspection and they found the issue and resolved it in a satisfactory way. The staff and senior technician were friendly, helpful and patient which goes a long way for customers after being in customer service myself for a long time.
