Plumbing reviews in Cornelius, Oregon

West Side drain arrived earlier than expected and the technician was quick, professional, and explained his work. They scoped our sewer line before and after and it was cleared from clogged/filled with root growth, to looking like new.

Great quick service for a septic pump, was able to be out on a Monday after contacting on the weekend. Tech was great and represented the company as professionally as you can when in the #2 business. Jokes aside, company did well, tech did great, would use again.

Great service. Saved the day of our daughter’s wedding at our house. Guest never knew we had septic issues the late evening before.

I have had them come out a couple of times in the past few years for various drain plugs. They showed up when they said and did amazing work. Highly recommend them, Scott

I needed to call West Side Drain for a blockage in my sink. It was 45 feet down the pipe. They were fast, professional and fair with pricing. They are my go to for any drain issue.

West side does great work. They worked on my septic system and were prompt, honest and thorough. They were even kind to my dog who probably got in their way multiple times.

Septic tank needed to be emptied and possible baffle replacement. Brad and Adam told me there was no baffle at the inlet to the septic tank so that saved me a lot of money. Appreciate their honesty. Both were super helpful and cleaned up everything after the tank was clear. Will be using Westside for a drain field clean out soon.

We have used Westside drain for a number of years and two different addresses. One time they really saved us on Thanksgiving day! The sewer had backed up into our bathtub. We couldn't use our toilets or anything and we had lots of company over. They came out within a couple of hours and fixed everything!

Excellent communication around appointment time, very thoroughly notified and reminded. Excellent communication day of appointment, reminder text and call from tech (Wyatt) when he got to the gate. Wyatt was wonderful, did an excellent job, very respectful of gate and property, and put up with my dogs making sure he was a good guy. (They agreed he was a good guy)
We have a service contract with West Side for an annual inspection of our septic system.

Great service, great attitudes. Wonderful to deal with. Got all the work done with the highest satifaction. Pipe is cleaned out and video to prove it. They even had time to deal with a clog rain pipe.

Adam did a great job with my sewer scope and video. Very professional, clean, and quick. West Side made sure I was scheduled right away and got a competitive price. They get the official Mack seal of approval.

The guys from Westside Drain and Septic were really great! They were knowledgeable, thorough, and did an amazing job of servicing, evaluating, and informing of the situation. A really great bunch of guys with good energy and great intentions. Super happy with their performance!

West Side Drain has come to our help several times. They are prompt and communicate clearly regarding what needs to be done, options and cost. I trust them to take care of our septic tank and our drains.

I had a problem with my sewage pump in my basement. More than 3 other plumbing companies came in and could not fix or figure out. At last West side folks came in and did it with such an ease. It was like they knew these systems like the back of their hand. I have recommended them more than once to other fellow homeowners.

Thank you for the job you did.

I've had nothing but great experiences with West Side over the years - they handle the periodic pump-out of my 1,500 gallon septic tank. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service performed for their septic system.

Westside unclogged our septic system with same-day service at a great price. Workers had to pull up pavers and they put everything back in perfect order. I’ll use them again.

Used West Side Drain and septic to pump my septic tank. The driver was very professional and friendly, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

West Side Drain repaired our drain field. They uncovered the septic tank so we could make repairs. They went far and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend this business. Very professional with great communication and reasonable price.

Adam from West Side showed ip on time and was very friendly and courteous. He stayed well past quitting time to make sure everything was running properly. I’d recommend West Side Septic and drain to anyone.
