Tree reviews in Damascus, Oregon

I found Treekeeper Tree Service on Yelp. Dan was quick to respond to my request for a quote and the price was very reasonable. Dan and his team were professional, fast, clean, and the end result looked amazing! I highly recommend Treekeepers - I'll be using them again.

Dan and his team came to cut several large (understatement) branches off our Deodar Cedar (which is about 100 feet tall). They went way above and beyond for us and did a terrific job. I would easily recommend them to anyone in need of tree services in the Portland area. So easy to work with, quick response and easy communication.

Ice storm brought several large branches of my Deodar and pine trees down onto my roof, poking six holes through the plywood. Everything still sheathed in ice, Dan nonetheless came over the next day to assess the situation and give me an estimate. He returned the following day to do the work, quickly, neatly, safely and at exact price he quoted. He even attended to two more widow makers in back, about which I had emailed him after his visit the previous day. I was most appreciative of his risk assessment capacity and ability to safely remove multiple, 6-8 in diameter, crossed branches which were supporting each other, with no additional damage to my roof. Also very much appreciated his concern for the health of my trees. I will definitely have him back, as soon as he can get here!

Outstanding service. Dan & his crew not only were prompt with a competitive quote, they also removed my fence, moved a small tree and several ferns in addition to removing all debris, including the trunk. His team then helped to re-install my fence. All for the base quote price. All other quotes would not haul away the trunk or charged an additional fee. I highly recommend his services. Also, I live in a row house, he was considerate of my neighbors, removing debris from their yards and making sure his equipment did not impede traffic in our back alley.

Like most everyone who has used Dan's service I am completely satisfied with the cost, the timeliness with which the work was done from estimate to completion, and Dan's skill and artistry in trimming two wildly overgrown Walnut trees in my front yard. They are now elegant and regal trees that do not overwhelm a rather small house. My friend likes what Dan did so much she is going to use his service on her own trees.

Dan and team were super fast and did a pro job on my huge laurel hedge. I’ll definitely use them again.

I have been using Treekeeper Tree Service since I bought my house in 2001. Over the years I have had several trees cut down and trimmed. He has always responded quickly and gotten the work done in a timely manner. He does a nice job and also protects any plants in the surrounding area from being damaged. I highly recommend his service.

Dan Sorenson and his crew did an incredible job at taking down 3 Birch trees and 1 large apple tree out of our back yard! Dan was effective in scheduling and communicating a quote for us, and he provided very reasonable pricing. In addition, the team was extremely time efficient; they finished earlier than expected and went above and beyond to trim 3 additional trees for us! We highly recommend Treekeeper Tree Service!

Dan took down a large, dangerous tree in the back yard of our rental property. He and his crew were friendly, clean, responsible and very fairly priced. We were totally pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

I needed a stump ground, and I was very happy with Treekeeper Tree Service.
Dan was able to fit me in within just a couple days, and I highly recommend his services. He is a very honest guy too- as I accidentally gave him too much cash and he came back the next day to ensure he had the correct amount. If I ever need help with a tree again I will definitely call! A++++

Highly professional and great customer service! Visited my home and walked through a plan for my trees with me. Got fair estimate back the same day. Came out the following day and completed the job for me. Looks great! Even cleaned my gutters for me without asking! Dan and his crew are GREAT!!

I highly recommend Treekeeper Tree Service! They came out and gave me a quote within a day or two of my call. When I called him to set a day to come do the work he told me he could do it that day!! Dan was out with his crew right when he said he would be, and when I threw a few extra jobs in for him he was extremely fair with the price. The guys did an awesome job and the clean up was impeccable. Thank you for the wonderful work, our backyard looks great!!

Dan was great to work with. He communicated quickly, gave a great quote for our tree trimming and was able to do the work the next week. Highly recommend! I contacted over 8 companies to get quotes on the work, Dan was the only one that followed through. Thank you again!

Treekeeper came out yesterday to trim a huge hedge and 4 trees which they did quickly and for a good price. They cleaned up perfectly after the work, were very respectful of my property and the neighbors. Dan was great at communication with me on the project. Treekeeper is the only company we will use in the future.
I highly recommend Treekeeper for any tree/shrub/hedge needs.

I have used this company last year and this year for trimming of laurel hedges, trees, and shrubs. They are able to evaluate the project and determine what needs to be done, and make good recommendations. Their pricing is fair and represents the quality work that was done. Both the estimate and the work was done very quickly and as promised. I will use as my primary tree maintenance company. I have used three others, and this was the best as far as experience, not overcharging, and completing work in a timely manner.

We have a huge laurel hedge in our backyard, massively overgrown from decades of neglect via our home's previous owners. I've spent the last year looking for a landscaping team who would take it on AND not destroy the rest of my yard in the process. Once I found Treekeeper, Dan was prompt in providing an estimate and so friendly in his walk-through... we knew we had found the perfect partner at last. The Treekeeper team helped us keep our cost down, and they treated our yard with great care and consideration! They took our 16 ft tall hedge down to 7 ft in a matter of hours, chipped everything onsite, cleaned up meticulously, and inflicted ZERO damage on our existing plants. Dan, Juan, and Todd were truly fantastic to work with and our yard looks impeccable! We are so happy we hired them. We'll definitely be calling Treekeeper back to keep our trees and hedge looking sharp.

I've had work done twice now. Both times Treekeeper took care of the problem and did great work! Yesterday (on a Sunday) after a wind storm they came out, gave me a quote and today took care of the 50ftish tree that needed to come down. I highly recommend!

Dan just services another one of our trees. Once again, Treekeeper did an outstanding job! We do not hesitate in saying that Treekeeper is an outstanding service and one we highly recommend!

Dan the owner of Treekeeper showed up promptly and gave me a very reasonable estimate to remove my tree and stump. Turned out he could work me in sooner than I had originally anticipated. The job they did was fabulous! Much better than I had imagined, very fast, professional, and they are very considerate and conscientious. They dug out my stump because the entrance to my backyard was only two feet, not wide enough for a stump grinder. It was hard work, the roots were like steel. Clean up was immaculate. The tree was 30 feet tall. Looks like it just vanished! No one could ask for more. I highly recommend this company, you'll be very happy!!

We were so blessed to have found Treekeeper Tree Service. What an honest business owner! Our tree had fallen and actually split between our yard and our neighbors yard during one of the worst wind storms in years. We called around to get quotes on removing it and were in total shock at the amount that companies were going to charge! When we called Treekeeper Tree Service, Dan answered the phone and listened to what happened and what we needed done. He himself went out to our house the same day and called me back in a few hours to give me a quote. I could not believe my ears and had to repeat the quote back to him to make sure I heard right! It was affordable and not only that, he was the only business owner who assured us that the removal would not further damage to our fence or my neighbors tool shed (which the tree was partially laying on). The very next day Dan and Juan showed up to do the work and were amazing to watch. They were precise and so careful, professional and so fast. In just 2 hours they had every bit of the tree cut up and our property cleaned up as if there were never here. Our favorite part about this experience is that Dan took care of the whole transaction himself from beginning to end. He is an honest man who has a wonderful work ethic and trust in people you just don't find in the world anymore. We will recommend his company till we are blue in the face!

I could not be more pleased with the work that was done on my extremely overgrown laurel hedge. Dan made sure to check in frequently and made recommendations around how to best support its growth and shaping in the future. I know I will be using him as my regular "tree guy", and have already shared his name with others.

We received great service, they did a beautiful job, will continue to contact them for future services.
