Tree reviews in Damascus, Oregon

We recently hired Treekeeper Tree Service to remove two trees and prune a fruit tree in our yard. Prior to hiring them, we did a lot of research on local tree removal companies. This company was not the most expensive, or the cheapest. The person who did the estimate was the crew leader for the work. He and the entire crew were excellent. They were professional, thoughtful, and hard working. They cleaned up the area very thoroughly after the work was done. One of our trees had a squirrel nest and they checked the nest before proceeding to make sure that there were no babies. There were none, but had there been babies, Treekeeper offered to come back in the Fall to remove the tree. Additionally, one of the trees was a large cottonwood, that was close to the fence, with big roots running on the ground . The tree was removed with the roots and stump ground out and the fence was not harmed. We were also planning to remove three trees, but were told, during the estimate, that one tree was a slow growing tree and would not be a problem for years. Treekeeper was the only company to tell us this and that gave us more trust in them. My only concern was that it was a bit hard to get in touch with them, but given that the estimator is also the crew leader, it makes sense that he is busy and he is very good at what he does. Overall, I feel they were worth every cent we paid and we would hire them again.

Dan was easy to work with and very communicative! Dan and Juan did an awesome job trimming our very large hedge and removing a tree from our back yard. We will definitely be using Treekeeper again the future.

Dan was wonderful to work with! He came out in May for a quote. His quote was very reasonable and what impressed me most was his knowledge of how to care for the trees on my property. He was respectful, gave his professional opinion, and wasn't judgmental like some other companies that gave me quotes. I had to delay the work and didn't follow-up with Dan until December. He remembered my project, honored his original quote, and was available within 24 hours to do the work. Very respectful on site. Great clean-up. He was on time and worked quickly. I can't recommend him more!

I hired this company for the second time to trim 6 trees and remove 1. I could not have been more pleased with the expertise, and customer service. Job very well done! I'll be calling them regularly when I need my 'labor of love' yard downsized. They did a great job and the price was right!
Thanks, Dan and Juan!

And a year later, I hired Treekeeper for the third time. My trust in their expert work was honored, as expected. In addition to being professional and efficient, Dan and Juan respected the complexity of my yard and ensured that all shrubs and ground covers (too numerous to mention) were left in tact. I'll be scheduling them again in 2016. Thanks, guys. I'm very pleased!

Prompt response time, communicative, and quality work! My neighbor's tree was trimmed by another company and looked randomly chopped and butchered. Treekeeper, on the other hand, put thought into how best to trim my tree according to what I wanted and while it needed extensive trimming, the tree looked nice when they were done.

Dan and his crew have helped me with landscaping suggestions, maintenance, and resolving problems for years. Dan keeps me informed of the process and progress. He works quickly and efficiently. He makes sure the area is completely cleaned up and that I am satisfied with the work. Thank you, Dan.

Dan and his crew did a fantastic job on our hedge. Very professional, thorough, and great communication along the way. Will definitely use them for future projects!

Dan and his small crew did a great job getting my laurel hedge back under control after I let it get away from me. He was easy to get in touch with and get an estimate from. He came when he said he would and did excellent work, including a very thorough clean up. I highly recommend Treekeeper and will definitely have them back, for the hedge and any other tree needs I have.

Dan and his team recently removed two trees from our property. They were very professional, efficient, informative, and quick. We appreciate and support great local business and would highly recommend.

They are absolutely the worst tree service. I have ever seen in my life. Do they not only know how to cut a tree? Did you not know how to take care of wildlife? Federally I'm protected spotted barn owls a mated pair that they killed
And the owner said, sorry, I didn't look in the tree.

They took aged dead Spruce Tree out of very small lot with terrain issues. Very professional, on time and believe in Safety First.

Made appt. and he did not show or call. Called Randy's Tree service and they were there 2 hours later and took care of me.
