I have had Cascadia perform work on my home and rentals. They do a great job with accurately diagnosing the issues and sticking to the budget. They repaired a sump pump and poor guys had to pump out all the water before work could be completed.

When I have project I will absolutely call Cascadia! For now my testimonial about this company is their integrity and reliability. WC graciously offered to come check out my project knowing it was likely more of a DIY project, Nevertheless he offered to have a look and give me advice. I will look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Cascadia did the ~450 sq ft addition on our house 2 years ago. They were excellent to work with from start to finish. They were good at listening to our ideas and many questions, had great ideas to improve ours, utilized good quality sub-contractors, and were very good at communication. Their staff were great around our kids and patient with our neighbors. When challenges and surprises arose in the project (as they do), the team communicated with us and showed integrity in their responses. After it was all done, they followed up a few times to make sure every detail was up to snuff. I waited over a year to put in a review to ensure there weren't any surprises after we settled into the new space, but there haven't been. Their work is solid and top notch. We highly recommend them.

We hired Cascadia Construction & Plumbing for an extensive indoor remodel and they were beyond fantastic. We cannot say enough good things about them! Austin was extremely thorough, communicative, and patient with us during the design process. Austin, Jason, Tim, John, and the whole team that worked on our project were professional, thorough, and communicative and the project turned out even better than we could have imagined. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We recently had a complete main bathroom remodel done by Cascadia Construction and plumbing. They were recommended by our designer Colin Kayser and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very start we were impressed with Austin and his attention to detail. We received a detailed bid and after signing the contract, a day by day timeline for completion of the project. Communication was outstanding with any questions or changes answered that day. Follow up was ongoing. The subs on our project were all excellent, courteous and on time. Any change orders were handled in writing with a clear understanding of additional cost and time frame, (no surprises!). Tim, our on site manager was a pleasure to work with. His communication with us and Austin keep the project running smoothly. As with any project a few minor issues came up. Austin dealt with them immediately with the focus being that we were completely happy with the job, and we are! Cascadia Construction are professional, detailed, and provide high quality workmanship. I highly recommend them for any remodel project.

Cascadia Construction fixed a large dry rot repair on structural corner of 3-story "high-end" house and installation of an additional pier & footing to correct significant mistake in original construction of house. WC describes the project & answers questions very well and is readily available during the project for further discussions (worries on my part). The crew lead Jeff was very experienced and well trained in modern techniques & materials. The lead carpenter Michael used care & craftmanship to do a great job. One or two junior helpers did the grunt work for the pros. Time & materials (not fixed price) contract was a worry, but they got it done in good time and at half the cost that I expected. Very professional for a very good price.

    Local hard working company.

After our experience with Green City we would not allow them on our property again. They did thousands of dollars in damage to our landscaping, killing shrubs and trees. They promised to pay for the damage and that was the last we heard from them. They never returned phone calls or replied to emails about paying for the destruction they caused. Over two years later we're still waiting for them to pay for what they did.

Mike and his crew did great work on the two jobs I hired them for. The re-pipe of my basement and installing and replacing much needed foundation piers. They were responsive, quick, and thorough with the repairs. I would absolutely hire them if I should need their services again.

We needed plumbing done for our dishwasher and kitchen sink in a new home build. The plumbers installed the hot and cold water lines reversed. They did not install the sink drains that came with the sink we purchased. The hook up from the dishwasher was not at the right level to be hooked up to the lines to the sink.
They appeared to not be interested in correcting this or even being called to this job, We were billed $1240 for their work that will all have to be redone. We did not feel that we wanted to have them back to fix it and be charged again for not doing the job right in the first place. We will be doing the work ourselves. We are replacing a home that burned in a wildfire in 2020. $1240 for is a lot of money for poorly done work.

In July 2022 I requested three bids to get my broken concrete front porch replaced with a ramp added. All three of these bids were problematic. One kept pushing me for 'features' that I didn't want and practically stalked me. Another was a no-show. The third - well known and well reviewed gave me a high bid and indicated that I'd have to find someone to follow them to finish some of the work. I had no confidence in either and ultimately decided to do a different project and come back to this one.

Fast-forward to September 2024 and I was again ready to do this project. I contacted Green City Construction and Mike came out personally to review the site and give me a quote. I'm a very experienced DIYer, so I actually had a pretty good idea of the required work. Mike's conversation about what he was observing and the work that needed to be done instilled a lot of confidence. The quote was very fair and included 100% of the work required to complete the project from beginning to end.

After accepting the quote Mike was mindful of getting the work scheduled in time to beat the rainy season while accommodating my own schedule. Communication along the was professional and timely.

The work itself was everything that was promised (actually, a bit more than that) and six months later absolutely no problems have emerged. The new porch and ramp will outlive the house and they look great. :)

I would feel comfortable working with Mike again in the future and encourage others to consider Green City for their construction projects.

I understand needing to get from one job to the next in a timely manner. However when you tailgate people in a residential area and then fly past them blowing through lights well over the speed limit. Will not get you new customers.

They are very knowledgeable and provided a thorough inspection of my home, along with a clear and detailed report that helped my builder address all the issues. I appreciate the agent, Dylan Moore, who conducted the inspection.

Charles was thorough and professional. Would definitely use him again! Five stars.

Lee, inspected my place and he did an incredible job! Inspection was extremely thorough. He uncovered quite a few things that I’ll be able to address proactively with the sellers, saving me quite a few headaches and a great deal of pocket change down the line. Not sure if you read the reviews Lee but thanks dude! You’re the man!

The inspector was professional and clean, even donning shoe covers before entering my home. He listened when I pointed out potential areas of concern and answered my questions, I would/will use these folks again.

I would definitely recommend these guys for your home inspection. They were helpful, thorough, respectful, and a great price!

This is the 2nd house that NHI has inspected for us, and once again we were very pleased with their work. This was a "peace of mind" inspection to see if anything major was wrong with the house. Lee did a thorough job looking everything over, and went over the significant findings with us (thankfully nothing major) before leaving, and provided a detailed report later.

Home inspection report was very detailed and helpful in making decisions in the process of buying my condo.

I did my research and ultimately chose Nonprofit Home Inspections. So glad that I did. Inspection process was extremely professional and thorough. The report was eay to read and understand, it had clear pictures and even videos that included reccomendations. I would highly reccommend them for any inspections needed.
