Had a horrible experience with Greg and his company. He bid the job....wanted more and more money. not change order just needed more. The quality of work was Horrible! I have never left a bad review for a contractor but it had to be done.

Greg is a fantastic salesman. He pressured me into firing my initial contractor by constantly pointing out what they did wrong and convincing me their work was substandard. I finally fired them and hired him to work on 2 seperate bathrooms, with 2 separate contracts. He made it seem like he had done linear drains before, turns out ours would actually be his first one ever. He said he would be using Hydroblok, so I sent him links to the installation instructions for the Hydroblok single sloping drain kit, along with the floor joist lowering kit, each of which I asked him to purchase. He spent upwards of of $1000 on these items, even though I was quoted just over $500 by the company. He said they gave him a cash refund of $750, I never saw the $750 again, but as he recalls, he gave it back to me.

I never once micromanaged him or peered over his shoulder. He made it seem like he had seen the videos I had sent him, so I trusted he knew what he was doing. Upon reviewing his work, it became obvious he hadn't bothered to watch the videos and he had butchered my single slope linear drain kit as well. When I confronted him, he became defensive.

He also refused to have the plumber move the drain to the correct location, thus adding even more of a headache to my plate. He eventually walked off the job and left me hanging.

Not only that, but even though he had 2 seperate contracts, he had only started work on one of the bathrooms, despite accepting startup funds on the second one and never once touching it. So this jerk basically stole $5750 from me, in addition to destroying my bathroom. And the little work he did do was faulty too. Water ended up flooding everywhere and destroying my bathroom floor.

This guy is such a scam artist it makes me sick. The fact that he stole $5750 from a disabled parent makes him even that much more pathetic. He's a great salesman though. Thats for sure.

MDO Property Group, LLC hired Greg's Construction Services to do all the preparation on our property to get it ready for listing. From the moment I contacted him he got right back to us, listened to our needs, was reasonably priced and finished the property quickly and efficiently. We will continue to use Greg's Co. for our future projects.

Greg and crew have remodeled my bathroom, and they were so great I asked them to do an addition to my home to add a master bedroom, master bath and additional closets. The work is impeccable, the attention to detail is great and the crew is focused on doing the best job possible. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I need anything in the way of remodel or repair.

Greg and his team reroofed my mother's home. It was a fairly complex job on a 100 year old home. The house has a couple of flat roofs and multiple dormers. In short, they did an amazing job paying attention to all the important details. Finally, for the first time many decades (no joke here), there is absolutely no leaks in her home. One final thought, we had notions that this job would require extensive carpentry with a gable overbuild. Greg evaluated the job and found a solution that would save a large amount of time and expense while achieving a satisfactory result. Overall, this was a really good experience. I will definitely be working with Greg again.

I had a tree fall on my shop and needed Greg to give me an estimate for insurance. He was accurate , fast and on time. His crew were all pleasant and i felt comfortable with them at our home. He did a new roof , siding and partial fence replacement. The final price was the same as the bid. He was less expensive than the other bids I received. I will use his services again.

Working with Greg’s Construction company was a great choice for us. It was tediously challenging bringing together a lot of elements and honestly, there were moments, as with most contractor experiences, where clarifications were necessary, where confusion occurred. With any sizable project you must expect breakdowns and some unknowns. The difference is how you choose to pull it together, communicate with your contractor, and stay on the course. We appreciated Greg's directness, humor and working with our nutty dog and us! And here is what highlighted this team’s strengths:
• Willingness to negotiate and change plans on the go when circumstance offered challenges.
• Excellent attention to detail in problem solving: Addressing our existing uneven flooring, layout issues plumbing and HVAC difficulties, working within limitations of an existing floor plan.
• Greg brought together excellent subs (Shout out to J. Grahm, best plumber ever! and drywall work by F. Devaruz, wow.) and every darn dude in addition on electrical, framing and final touches were courteous, helpful, and professional.
• Fair and honest on materials, cost of labor and incredibly transparent regarding money disclosures- very helpful.

We truly appreciate the result, we now have an amazing space that liberates us to a whole new functionality with a beautiful bathroom, laundry, office and finished garage. If your project is more complex, like ours was, we had a site review done for readiness early in planning and hired a separate architect, this made filing plans with the city easier and that kept us and Greg all focused on the prize. I needed a bathroom remodeled in a big hurry. Greg's Construction Services responded right away when I contacted them from their ad I saw on Craigslist. Greg was right upfront about challenges he saw in the work I needed so I could anticipate some additional work that was possible under some bad flooring. He walked through the room measuring everything and giving advice, asking questions about how I wanted to proceed. Then he wrote up a detailed estimate. His crew got the work done reasonably fast. Though it doesn't cost them a star, I do wish their cleanup was a bit better. Make sure you call Greg when you need a some quick work and you want to know all the possible pitfalls in advance.

Great experience working with Seth! He is detail oriented! Would recommend hiring him for any projects you may have !

The service was great and friendly. He helped me with a variety of different projects and all turned out great! He replaced part of my outdoor deck, upgraded my bathroom with new tile and installed outdoor wired lights for me. I have used a few times now and will continue to do so.

Seth installed lvp flooring in my house and it is beautiful. He was quick and professional. I have since hired him for other various jobs like installing a doggie door and a ro system. Great work and I will use him again.

More paint left over on the floor, spots not painted. Just a no go for me.

Was absolutely not pleased with a drop in Visit at 6:30 pm. Not to bad considering at 10 o'clock this morning I had already answered every question when they came out and placed a bid then they send a very sketchy guy from a different company to ask me the same questions. Not OK. When trying to express this to the owner he was very poor in his communication and let me know that no matter what they do they would never be able to do my house the way I want it. I am sorry that you feel so little of your business. Specially after I had told them that I didn't need Anything cooked and that it was a very simple job. For Pete's sake I even had the gutters removed so that it would be easier . I cannot speak on behalf of their performance . This is strictly a character based review not everybody gets long with each other.

David and his guys at cornerstone are great at what they do punctual commuitive and hard working I suggest cornerstone for all your painting needs.
