David at Cornerstone Brushworks does great work. He has always shown up when he said he would, and he has always been right on budget, for the projects we've had him complete.

David has done work for me multiples times and has always done quality work. He takes his jobs seriously and doesn't cut corners. At points, I've even told him to not worry about certain details because he was so diligent! I highly recommend his work.

David and his team did a outstanding job on our house! They were very polite and professional! Would not hesitate to use them again!

I have had David and his crew here for more than one job and will most certainly call on them again for any future projects. They are a great group of guys and David treats you as if you were a friend and not just a "job' which is a not always the case in the current state of the world. He is courteous and friendly while still being very professional. He explains everything that will be done in a way that is easy to understand, even by those of us who have never experienced the process. I have complete faith in and trust that the end result will be exactly what I hoped for; beautiful and complete! I couldn't be happier and I want to thank you for the excellent service and attention to detail!

If I had more to go by this review might be more stars; but the review is based on two no-shows by David for estimates. On Friday last week, he called at 4:45 (our appointment was 4:30) to say he couldn't find my house in Springfield because he'd been looking in Eugene.(?) Then when I gave directions to my house, he said he was familiar with my area because he used to live here. He said he couldn't come over then because he had to get back to the job site. This I was understanding, until Monday evening. We rescheduled for Monday at 4:30 (yesterday). David did not show up for our appointment or call to give any explanation. I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication. I believe they do good work, but I'm not sure how to actually get on their agenda. I set aside time on both days, and my time was wasted.

David and his team were great to work with. They painted our two-story house in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. We were thankful for the good work they did.

David and his crew have done a fantastic job with our interior and interior exterior painting projects. The whole house, inside and out! They are fantastic and I highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone and everyone who has a painting project. You won’t be sorry!

David and his guys did the exterior of my home and the trim and doors inside. They communicated well and made adjustments quickly when we asked or had additions to the job. They were on time and worked hard to get the job done. On the inside of our home, we had black trim on white walls. They did a great job and made sure all the lines were crisp and looked great.

David and team were a pleasure to work with. We had them come paint the exterior of our two-story home, and could not be happier with how it turned out. David was a great communicator, fast, and incredibly detailed! I highly recommend him!

I manage several rental properties in Eugene and first found Dave and Cornerstone Brushworks through the contractor directory of the Rental Owners Association of Lane County. My first project with Dave was a small job at one of my rentals, and I was immediately impressed by his work and professionalism. The quality of his work—and the very reasonable price—led me to hire him for a much larger project: painting the exterior of my personal home. The results were spectacular, and I couldn’t have been happier.

Dave’s communication is excellent. He shows up when he says he will, delivers exactly the work he promises, and his pricing is more competitive than any painter I’ve worked with before. He has become my go-to painter for all my painting needs.

Since painting my home, Dave has completed several other projects for me, including the interior of a three-bedroom, two-bath rental. I was thrilled with the results. He was flexible in scheduling around a tenant move-out and coordinated seamlessly with other subcontractors. The finished product was top-notch, and again, the price was very reasonable.

In addition to larger projects, Dave has handled smaller jobs at multiple rentals, always with the same level of professionalism and care. He is particularly skilled at working around existing tenants, which I greatly appreciate. His pricing for time-and-materials work has been excellent as well.

Dave has also done exterior staining on decks for me, and the results have been outstanding. Based on his recommendation, we used a solid stain on some older decks. His prep work was meticulous, and the finished product looked beautiful. I’m already planning to have him do more of this type of work at other properties.

I highly recommend Dave and Cornerstone Brushworks. Whether it’s a small project or a larger one, his work is consistently high quality, his communication is excellent, and his pricing is unbeatable.

I could not be more pleased with Cornerstone Brushworks. David did an excellent job taking the time to make sure I was making informed decisions about my home. He was patient and willing to teach when I had questions. He quoted me a competive price while also showing willingness to negotiate when I asked him to paint other places on my property. They took special care to respect my space, time and belongnings, and they were incredibly detail oriented. They made me feel like family. They will be my go to guys for now on

He and his team paint one side of our house every year and most recently painted all the ceilings inside our two story home, in addition to painting walls inside our home with high ceilings that we could not reach and paint ourselves. Expert roofing has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the start. Their customer service was super helpful & put me in touch with someone to come evaluate our situation fairly quickly. They were very responsive & prompt, sending me text updates. Chris came out to evaluate the roof & explained everything thoroughly & in a way I could understand. I would definitely work with them again in the future, & would recommend them to anyone in need.

I have not had any services performed by Expert Roofing yet, but earlier today I met with Taylor to evaluate my leaking roof situation in order to provide an estimate with best possible options going forward. We are in the zone where the roof has aged and is just starting to show some signs of needing replacement, but immediately we have a leak that needs addressed. I was concerned that a roofing company may take a look at our situation and only quote and/or pressure us into defaulting to a new roof. Taylor listened to my thoughts and validated my reasoning for repair at this time, and was happy to provide options for both repair and replacement. I can tell he really knows his trade and was super easy to talk to. I am looking forward to our bid and hopefully securing services provided by Expert Roofing. I'd also like to mention that out of the three local companies I contacted, Expert has been the only one to answer their phone and was able to have someone out to take a look two days later. Excellent service so far!

Chris was a real pleasure to work with. He and his crew are clearly very knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. I felt well taken care of during the whole process.
