Expert roofing has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the start. Their customer service was super helpful & put me in touch with someone to come evaluate our situation fairly quickly. They were very responsive & prompt, sending me text updates. Chris came out to evaluate the roof & explained everything thoroughly & in a way I could understand. I would definitely work with them again in the future, & would recommend them to anyone in need.

I have not had any services performed by Expert Roofing yet, but earlier today I met with Taylor to evaluate my leaking roof situation in order to provide an estimate with best possible options going forward. We are in the zone where the roof has aged and is just starting to show some signs of needing replacement, but immediately we have a leak that needs addressed. I was concerned that a roofing company may take a look at our situation and only quote and/or pressure us into defaulting to a new roof. Taylor listened to my thoughts and validated my reasoning for repair at this time, and was happy to provide options for both repair and replacement. I can tell he really knows his trade and was super easy to talk to. I am looking forward to our bid and hopefully securing services provided by Expert Roofing. I'd also like to mention that out of the three local companies I contacted, Expert has been the only one to answer their phone and was able to have someone out to take a look two days later. Excellent service so far!
