After a tough experience with an independent contractor who swore they could fix our flooding crawl space but provided shoddy work, we found Better Basements and Waterproofing.
We had three separate companies come out to provide a quote, and Better Basements was the quickest to send the quote, and had the most user friendly interface. Their quote provided options for customizations to fit our needs and financing was available, which we ended up using. Approving the quote and scheduling the work was quick and seamless, and they had availability within two weeks of providing the estimate.
The crew worked over the course of two days and was punctual, professional, and considerate of our space. Each day they checked in with an update on what work was done, what more was needed, answered any questions, and hauled away debris.
Paying was easy, and their financing partner also provides great customer service if you have any questions throughout the process.
Thank you to the crew Al, Edgar, and Jacob! And to Dylan the co-owner for the personalized care he showed me and my home's crawl space.
The team at Better Basements and Waterproofing was exceptional every step of the way, and I would recommend them to anyone with water in their crawl space.

We have the joy of living at a low point on our street, consequently we get all the water run off and our crawl space has taken the brunt of it.
Better Basements did a great job, we did have a miscommunication at the onset, but the company owner called me and made it right. That says a lot about the company. A shout out to Fernando, Edgar and Dillion you were great and kept me posted on all aspects of the job. I highly recommend Thank you
