Everything about the process of replacing my roof was pleasant and straightforward. Abel, the owner, provided me with a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done and answered all of my questions in detail. His bid was competitive; Katie in the front office addressed any questions I had about the process and provided samples quickly. Communication with the company was exemplary. I knew exactly what to expect. The job was begun and finished ahead of schedule and looks fantastic. Clean-up was so thorough I would have never even known they were there. Everyone I encountered was respectful and friendly. When looking for a roofer, I was given the name of KLAM construction by a friend who raved about their experience, and they had gotten the name from friends who were equally impressed. I'm happy to recommend KLAM construction to anyone looking to install or replace a roof.

Klam replaced the roof on our mid-century ranch house, garage and shed. We highly recommend Klam!! We had bids from nine companies. On the first meeting with Abel, he was very thorough, full of advice, and the bid was reasonable. Klam has a great reputation, so our job had to be scheduled a few months out. However, they sent someone to inspect the roof for potential leaks and repair them to last through the weather until the job was scheduled. We enjoyed working with Abel, Katie, and the entire crew. They were very fast, protected the plants well, respectful of the property and neighborhood, and were in and out in two and a half days.

KLAM Construction delivers! First off they are very easy to work with. Abel, the president of the company, came out and personally did the initial bid. Abel carefully explained what was needed and the materials that would be used. He did not want to cut any corners which I really appreciated. Abel also returned for final inspection. Katie was great to work with on scheduling and prompt on communication which was helpful on a stressful project like this. My home required a complete re-roof and the work was difficult but the KLAM crew was prompt, worked very hard, and performed quality work. They even finished sooner than I thought they would. Another plus is they do a very thorough cleaning of your property once they are done. If you have a roofing project, give KLAM a call!
