We highly recommend the Tom Leach Roofing team! Their estimate was right in line with other estimates we got, but we went with them because the estimate included precise details about every step of the process from tear off, replacement, to clean up. Other estimates seemed a little vague about some of the details, which made me wonder if things that should be part of a roof replacement were included. They sent photos of the job as it was being done, and when it was complete, which was great, as it's pretty hard to see what the top of your roof looks like. They also got the job done super fast, and our property looked cleaner than it did before they came.

We had Tom Leach Roofing install a replacement shed roof several years ago so we had them quote us for our new roof for our house. Once again we were very happy with the quality, attention to detail, as well as the professionalism of all involved. Thank you Tom Leach roofing. The new roof looks great — old house with some “quirks”, steep roof lines and 3-stories — nothing phased the team. The project was completed on time, on budget, clean site after each day and at end of job — could not ask for a better job. Thank you, Juan, for managing things on-site and Aaron for keeping us informed and overseeing things throughout the process!
