IBEX Roof

I am so happy with our new roof!!! IBEX did an fabulous job. The quality of their materials is top of the line. Yes, it was expensive, but so worth it. IBEX was actually in the middle of my quotes but the materials they used were far better than even my highest quote so it was an easy choice to go with them. Such a wise decision! And their professionalism and workmanship is superb. Project manager, Joshua, kept us informed through every step and answered all of our questions. The on-site crew worked so hard each day, cleaned up the yard each night, and always had smiles and the best attitudes. They went above and beyond for us with their help in saving our old awning that had been attached to our roof. They all deserve my highest regards and should be commended. Really great job guys! I hope you enjoyed the home canned tuna and the salsa wasn't too hot! Thank you to everyone at IBEX! We will gladly use you again IF we ever need to - thanks for the peace of mind and comfort of not having to worry about our roof for the next 20+ years!!!

I needed some roof repairs and was interested in gutter guards. Ibex scheduled within a few (two?) weeks and had excellent communication. They had to reschedule for an emergency but offered the day after we were scheduled. Luke came out to see the roof and was great. I really appreciated pictures of what was going on, explanation of options and his prediction of the roof's life, and we also got pictures of the work after (great since we can't go up there ourselves). We got gutter cleaning/guards as well - they fixed the roof the day of and they completed the gutters the next day. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'd work with them again.

We chose IBEX Roof to put a new roof and gutters on our house in 2020. Our realtor recommended the company based on many positive reviews from his clients, and we were very happy with the materials and process they used.

We've had them come back to inspect the roof and gutters annually, and every representative we've ever storekeeper with has been very polite and professional. We made an appointment this fall for gutter inspection, and cleaning was recommended based on the announcement of pine needles that had built up on one end of the roof. Caleb came out to do the work and was very friendly and courteous. He took before and after photos to show me what it looked like. I also worked with Whitney in the scheduling office, and he got right back to me with a solution.

We've been very happy with the investment we made in our home with IBEX Roof.
