I have a young daughter who needed a new roof she had one estimate done and when she sent it to us we were concerned they were not an honest Company. So we asked her to get a few more she did and she decided to use Expert roofing, they weren't the cheapest, but the gentleman who did her estimate was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. The gentleman who came to do who job showed up the day and the they said they would and did an excellent job and were very professional. Having a young daughter so far away from us is worrisome enough, so I would like to say thank you for saying what Expert roofing would do and then doing it in a prompt and professional manner! It's nice to know there are still companies that care about your customers!!

Expert Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Starting with the comprehensive and informative proposal submitted by Tyler and continuing through the actual work supervised by Jaimie, they were competent and honest throughout. Tyler and Jaimie were very easy to deal with, and the roof looks great!

We had an excellent experience with Expert Roofing. They are a small, family-owned company. The communication was "Great", because when we had a couple of issues that came up, Jamie jumped on it right away and took care of them, unlike another bigger company that we used last summer that lacked communication when something did come up. Tyler, the sales rep, was really good at his job and kept us informed also. I would recommend Expert and use them again!

Expert Roofing replaced the roof on my carport and home. Tyler was excellent to work with from the initial inspection to presenting me with the proposal for replacement. Jamie the crew supervisor was excellent too, he kept me updated with all changes as Expert was able to get my roof installed sooner than initially anticipated. Tyler and Jamie were always willing to answer my many questions I had as this was my first big project as a homeowner. My new roof looks great on my carport and home! I had an amazing experience with Expert Roofing . I am a new young homeowner and it was the first time I was getting my roof replaced and they were quick and easy with me. They answered all the questions that I had. Tyler was very nice. He was very kind and patient with me, he kept me up-to-date with everything going on and so did Jamie Refino they got my roof done in three days Which I was very grateful for, they were also able to fit me in their schedule very quickly compared to other roofing companies, which couldn’t get me on theirs for atleast a month, I 110% recommend Expert Roofing.

Excellent company to work with! The crew doing our roofing was amazing. Six guys were in constant motion for three days completing our complicated roofing project efficiently and expertly. Before the project started, we received weekly updates on scheduling. We couldn't be happier with the process and result!

Roof looks good. Finished when they said they would. Very efficient with the detailed list of what we paid for. Cleaned up after and respected our yards bushes/shrubs and flowers that we asked them to.

Thank you Chris and Expert Roofing! ER returned my call in short order and gave a timely and competitive estimate. The communication process with Chris was excellent. Plenty of text messages to communicate when ER would arrive for the repair and what to expect when they arrived in terms of scope of repairs and the materials used. I would definitely recommend Expert Roofing and will call them in the future first if roofing needs arrise.

I needed a new roof on my small garage. I got bids from Expert Roofing, plus one of the larger outfits in Eugene and another small family company. I had used Expert Roofing about five years back to re-roof a section of my house that I needed done in a hurry and it turned out fine--but I did want to get other bids to see where they landed now. Expert Roofing beat the big company by a few hundred dollars (and the smaller one by almost $2000), but I wanted to look further into the quality and cost of materials that these 2 "finalists" put in their bids. I discovered with a little research that Expert Roofing was using superior grade materials--and still quoting a bit less than the big company--so that sealed the deal for me. They also projected being able to do the job about 2 weeks in the future, while the big company said it would be 4+ months. From start to the very quick finish Expert Roofing's staff were professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Max the foreman went through their 24-point job completion checklist with me and showed me photos for points on the list that needed explanation (no roof walking for me). He and the crew left my patio and yard around the garage in pristine condition. With my experience of using this company 2 times several years apart, I feel confident giving them a 5-star recommendation.
