Constraction reviews in Eugene, Oregon

Been using Bonn for 10 years to clean our roof and gutters and always had a great experience. Their crews have always been friendly and professional and they always clean up very well around the perimeter after they finished.

We recently moved into a home needing a partial roof replacement, and the listing agent had gotten a quote from Bonn for the work. The quote was good for 30 days, but we got tied up with other projects and didn't get around to scheduling until several weeks past the deadline. When I finally called, they honored the original bid and came out next day to replace our roof. Did a fantastic job, and for less than half what other companies quoted. They were friendly, professional, and meticulous about cleanup. I am beyond thrilled - highly recommend Bonn roof care!

Thanks so much for a great job. Here on time, in and out in 2 days. Also did a good job at clean up. Great job on the new roof.

I had my roof replaced by the Bonn Roofing crew who did a thorough and excellent job from tear off to replacement!

Todd Lloyd and team at Bonn Roof Care in Eugene have done excellent work and taken care of my roof for the last 15 years. Over the years they've found and replaced roof tiles I have broken, cleaned and moss treated the roof on my home and shed, and removed a solar panel. I have them visit and provide service once a year so my roof stays in great shape. I recommend Todd Lloyd and Bonn Roof care highly.

We hired Bonn to replace a roof. They started a couple of days before a major storm hit. Shingles were off and the skylight was not completely installed. When the storm hit, rain poured into the house, leaked through ceiling lights and ran down the wall onto the 1st floor. Fortunately we were there at the time and called Todd, the owner. To his credit, he and his wife came and helped clean up the mess. Then I hired Bonn to install gutters on our 75 foot long barn. They arrived with ladders too short, but "made do". The gutters didn't work. When I called, Todd said something like, "of course not. The run is too long. We did what you asked us to do." I know nothing about rain gutters. So I paid $1200 for gutters that don't work. They should have explained that to me before they did the job. While talking on the phone to me, he turned away to talk to his employee. I wanted to finish our discussion first so was talking loudly to try to get his attention. When he returned to the phone, he asked if I was finished with my rant. Needless to say I was not amused. He was obnoxious and condescending. And I had to find someone else to finish the gutter job.

Vanessa was great to work with in giving me information on getting a new roof and answering my questions. Todd the owner, showed me the materials that are used. I can say each step was done with professionalism and patience. On the day of installation, the workers were here on time, finished the roof in one day, and cleared all the debris. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them. I wish every business was helpful and conscientious as Bonn Roof Care. So glad I picked you for the job.

Highly Recommend Bonn Roof Care - They installed a new roof on my home and did a top quality job. Todd the owner even came to check on the job while the roof was being installed. They were done with the job ahead of schedule, came in at the bid, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. They also ran a magnetic wand over the driveway and through my flower beds to ensure there was no loose debris or nails remaining (most roofing companies do the bare minimum in clean up). Bonn's crew is hard working, thoughtful and keeps you posted about the progress during the job. They want you to be 100% satisfied when they are done. I highly recommend them!

We had Bonn Roof Care clean off our concrete tile roof and apply moss treatment this year. They were very reasonably priced and did a good job. They were pretty clean and tidied up fairly well after themselves. Our job had to be scheduled fairly far out as they seemed pretty busy, but when they came they did a good job. Happy to recommend.

Bonn Roof Care did my roof about five years ago, and they did a fantastic job. Recently, I had a minor issue come up right after the warranty expired, and they still took care of it—no questions asked. That really showed me they stand by their work and value their customers. It’s hard to find companies like that these days. Definitely recommend!

Bonn cleaned my roof and gutters last week, and did a terrific job! I highly recommend them.

Great roof cleaning. They communicated well and cleaned up after service. I would highly recommend them to others.

Crew came out to my house and knocked out the entire house in one day, performed a thorough clean up ensuring all nails and stables were gone. The entire crew was very professional the entire time, I really enjoyed working with a company that made the reroofing process easy as can be!

Boon Roof Care has been our roofing company for over 15 years. We’ve had multiple houses and a rental and the work has been more than impeccable and amazing staff.

Bonn Roof Care rolled in and replaced my roof. The team was very professional, organized and worked well with each other. I also had a tree punch into my bedroom Jan '24 from an ice storm and they also quickly made a repair inside of 4 days (the tree had to be removed first). I highly recommend this business and will continue to have them do follow-on roof maintenance.

Bonn Roof Care told me they would be at my residence on 9/10 at 0700 and they were. They knocked my roof out in one day and did an excellent job. I’ve never experienced a contractor who told me they would be someplace at a specific time and actually showed up on time. It was excellent service. They finished at 6pm sharp, and no trace of any mess could be found. I highly recommend.

I always have had a great experience with Bonn roof care. I've used them for numerous real estate transactions and on my personal Home. They are always very responsive and professional. I would and have recommend them to lots of people.

As the owner of Pacwest Commercial Real Estate, I was very impressed with Bonn Roof Care. Their membrane roof inspector found issues others had missed. Professional, thorough, and knowledgeable—I highly recommend Bonn Roof Care for anyone needing reliable roof inspections in Lane County.

I would highly recommend Bonn Roof Care, I've replaced roofs on three different homes, also had them clean and remove moss on same three homes yearly. Todd and crew have been very friendly, fast and reliable. I would highly recommend them for maintenance and replacement of roofs. Even years later they were replacing a roof next door to one of our homes and noticed a metal strip missing on ours and replaced it.

Bonn Roof Care did stellar job the cleaning and treating the roof at our duplex in Springfield and our home in Eugene. The roofs are pristine and the clean up job was perfect! We are are very happy with the quality of the work.

We were very happy with Bonn Roof Care’s installation of our new roof. Their bid was very competitive, and the work was done quickly. We recommend Bonn to anyone who needs any roof work. We used them for 16 years for annual cleanings and inspections.
