Contractor reviews in Eugene, Oregon

Prestige Statewide LLC did an absolutely amazing job on our bathroom remodel! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and every detail was handled with care. They communicated with us throughout the process and made sure we were happy every step of the way. The finished product is even better than we imagined — it feels like a spa retreat in our own home! We highly recommend Prestige Statewide to anyone looking for quality work and a smooth remodeling experience.

After previously interviewing 5 other contractors, we knew that Jason and Prestige would be the right fit for us! Throughout the kitchen remodel, and other house projects, the communication, creative ideas and good workmanship was consistently there. Work was done in a timely fashion, with respect that we were living here while the work was going on.
Our contract also included time with a helpful, resourceful design consultant that took the time to get to know us and what was important to make this remodel work great for us…much appreciated! And we did not have to pay extra for this service ahead of time as some require (only to find out that the choices might be beyond budget…). We had great options that fell within our set budget.
Jason, Dylan, Ryan, AJ and T, as well as the rest of the Prestige team were terrific to work with! And we are thrilled with the transformations to our home! We highly recommend Prestige, and will use them again if other projects come up.

Personalized, responsive, excellent craftsmanship. My kitchen and floors are beautiful and much more than I envisioned. Jason, Dylan, AJ,Josh and many others were most concerned about making sure I was happy. In installing the new floors, an old leak was discovered, they replaced the impacted subfloor beautifully. I didn’t have to find someone else to do it. A special shoutout to Tiara at affiliated Kitchen and Bath showroom who helped me select all the finishes. And spent a lot of time and effort to help me incorporate custom tile from Motawi into the backsplash. It is just what I wanted. I highly recommend all of the team.

Highly recommend Josh and Tommy ! What an amazing help they were for my removal and remodeling! Truly appreciate all their help and support and being so professional and worked hard to make sure the job was done correctly and time efficiently!
Thanks for all your help Josh and Tommy !

I was referred to Prestige Statewide and Jason by the Kitchen and Bath Showroom. My wife and I had recently purchased an older home that had very dated bathrooms. We had a difficult schedule to work around because of selling our home and purchase of the new one. Jason met with us and told us he could work with our schedule demands. And he did, our fantastic new bathrooms were completed exactly on schedule. Jason's communication was awesome and his crew was excellent. The follow through and quality of craftsmanship was excellent. They sub contractors he used did excellent work as well. We happily and frequently refer Prestige Statewide and Jason to all of our friends. Thank you Jason for making us very happy customers.

I am grateful for Jason’s professionalism and time in visiting my family’s home. His response time was very efficient in a time sensitive situation. He also took the time to explain the process of working with our insurance company and provided the needed estimates so quickly! Thank you!

The Prestige crew was friendly, professional and always transparent about what was happening and when. They completed an entire kitchen replacement after water damage. Jason worked directly with the insurance to get things paid. Our custom made cabinets are beautiful and of the highest quality. I would recommend them for any major jobs you need completed

Absolutely love my new Hickory cabinets Prestige built and installed. We requested them to be stained the walnut color and I’m very pleased with the results. These guys do amazing work. Highly recommend!

Just had my Kitchen remodeled by these guys. Getting your kitchen remodeled is a scary thing but Jason made it as easy on me as he could. He and his staff are with you all the way helping and giving advice. They show up on time and put in a good days work, so they can get the job done without putting you out any longer than necessary. They are competitive with pricing and seemed very fair. I would highly recommend them ! I posted a couple of pictures to show the work they did, the walls have not been painted yet.

Jason and his crew stepped in after we had a flood and needed repairs to our wet bar, floors and baseboards. His team was professional, courteous and they even communicated with the home insurance company to ensure everything was covered. I would highly recommend Prestige based off my personal experience!

I love my new bathroom. Jason was a great help in guiding me through selecting my choices. Josh and Tom were awesome. They showed great work manship and care in remodeling my old bathroom. I am so glad I chose Jason for my remodel.

Very happy with our new siding & back porch replacement. All the guys very easy to work with & professional. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

Prestige Statewide did an amazing job making us a custom awning for our patio and replacing our old gate. They listened to our idea of enclosing the patio so we could keep our dogs contained. They were fast and professional and did a beautiful and quality job. I highly recommend them!

They always communicated with me on everything, took care of problems and was on time, which is so important to me.
The two men that worked here were very helpful, friendly, and I trusted them completely.
My kitchen and bathroom look beautiful, the cabinets AJ made are awesome———great job, also Camilla, who works in the office was very nice and friendly. All and all I was very excited about the work they did, thank you.

Prestige Statewide did a great job on my center island for my kitchen and a pantry cabinet. Jason and crew were great to work with and very professional and on time! I would highly them.

I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom remodel done by Prestige Statewide. Start to finish the communication was excellent. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and I always knew what was happening next.

They weren’t the cheapest bid I got, but they were far from the most expensive. The value for the quality of work is more than fair.
One of my biggest deciding factors was having their showroom to visit. I was able to see the materials in person and get a feel for the quality before signing a contract, which gave me a lot of confidence.

The end result is beautiful, and I’m very glad I chose Prestige Statewide. Highly recommend!

While it took a little longer than expected to complete our kitchen, the results are fabulous. Jason has great follow- through and lead carpenter Dylan is super talented. Anything I asked for, they delivered. The tile, plumbing, and electrical people they work with are all capable and polite. Tiara at the showroom has great taste and a handle on the materials needed. If you want a contractor who knows his business, can coordinate a big job and estimate costs accurately, go with Prestige.

The team at Prestige Statewide did an amazing job remodeling our small bathroom. The service from start to finish was professional and they had great suggestions for options that we hadn’t even thought of.

It was our first experience doing a remodel and Jason and his team made it stress free.

Here’s a before and after photo. Shower door was the last thing to be installed and still has its consumer stickers on it that I need to read and remove.

Really looking forward to enjoying this walk-in shower!

They tore out the walls and tub, repaired plumbing and added shower plumbing, installed cultured marble shower surround, rewired electrical and added new wall mount fan and kick board heater, installed sheetrock and mudded, painted, and added new flooring.

They were very careful in saving the sentimental family-handmade cabinets and added new marble countertop, sink, and, fixtures.

The crew worked hard and then cleaned up after each step. We would hire them again.

Edit to add: I just finished reading the one star review below mine and their experience was completely opposite of ours. I wanted to state this for those who are considering using this company.

As a homeowner, we researched different contractors and had multiple bids. We picked this company because they were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They were right in the middle and we checked their reviews and they were very good on every website we looked into.

We had several meetings in their showroom and were shown many options and they answered our many questions and they let us know what to expect including to be prepared for any extra costs resulting from surprises once they got into the water wall. We had a plumbing leak and since the wall was going to be torn apart we decided to do a bathroom remodel and finally I get my walk-in shower I’ve always wanted! Prestige Statewide did an excellent job.

Prestige Statewide did a beautiful job of creating our accessible tile walk-in shower. They listened to our ideas, came up with even better ones and their crew was extremely professional. They left the worksite clean every night and finished on time! I highly recommend them for your bathroom renovation.

When we found out that a slow leak had caused a dishwasher to slowly leak and cause extensive damage under our kitchen floor tile and dry rot we contracted Jason and his team of experts at remodeling. Jason was very patient with me as i picked out my perfect kitchen along with all new appliances. Dan and Travis were experts at doing floor tile and kitchen backsplash. Dylan is the best cabinet maker. I chose white oak cabinets. Beautiful!! AJ is the awesome cabinet maker!! All employees are such nice guys!!

We had a slow water leak from our dishwasher that traveled under the flooring, kitchen cabinet's, and got into the lower walls. After the removal and dryout, I called Prestige Statewide for the remodeling. Jason and his team were quick to respond; designed a great remodel plan; and worked with the insurance company to get us the very best possible outcomes.
Jason’s team members are well experienced, highly skilled, professional and personable. The new flooring is wonderful, the custom made cherry cabinets are beautiful, very well made and installed with precision. Jason coordinated with outstanding plumbers, electricians and an excellent granite countertop company. I am delighted with our new kitchen.
I highly recommend Prestige Statewide
for kitchen, bathroom remodeling!
