Home Services reviews in Eugene, Oregon

All around great experience. From talking to Mike to get a quote, communication from Ken in dispatch, to the two movers I dealt with it was amazing. Very clear expectations on prices and when they would be arriving. Super easy and quick! Will hands down be using them again! Highly recommend.

I had hired Cross town movers to assist in a local move. Josh and Matt were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were packed safely and transported without damage. They were both extremely professional and kind. If you hire the company I recommend asking for Matt and Josh!

Brad and Barry were awesome! They were friendly, efficient and listened to our requests. They loaded the truck up just as we asked them to! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help moving! Made this move nice a smooth!

This is the first time I’ve had to hire movers and it was the best experience. Josh G and Coleman did an excellent job, they were fast and efficient and on time. All my things showed up in one piece. They had the best price quoted after calling a few companies, and they came in under budget after everything was delivered. Also, most importantly, I had a complicated move and needed them to hold my items overnight and be delivered the next day, also changing the schedule around. They went above and beyond to make sure this happened for me and didn’t charge extra. I cannot recommend a moving company more, they made the moving process easy and I would definitely call them again, and recommend them when I get a chance.

The experience and professionalism that was brough with Anthony and Josh G was incredible. They were both very knowledgeable about navigating breaking down and packing up our belongings in a way that was respectful and mindful to our furniture. They were able to communicate clearly and provide enough support to ensure this move 90 miles away was seamless. It immediately felt like home after they left after unloading!

Jon and Coleman were both great workers and so friendly, along with the nice man who was called to make moving arrangements. What a great smooth experience. I will definitely tell everyone about your trustworthy company and will use your services again! Thank you all for being so helpful and friendly! Excellent customer service! 😁😁👏🏻👏🏻

Alex and Jonathan were so efficient as they moved us from our big house into a smaller home. They were top notch and worked so hard!! We had some very heavy furniture plus a piano. All came in unscathed! Amazing! Thanks guys for the wonderful job you did for us! I highly recommend Crosstown Movers for your next move!!!!

Joshua and Alex and everyone at Cross Town Movers that we've been blessed with helping us through a monumental move of two households from Las Vegas has been nothing less than fabulous, courteous, professional, and super super helpful in every way! Highly recommend!

I have used Cross Town movers for all our moving needs for years. Super happy with their service. On this last move Cross Town movers (Joshua, Alex and Josh G.) even took extra care in moving a very heavy and expensive piano with no issues. I would recommend Cross Town movers for all your moving needs.

Cross Town Movers was very professional and timely.
We had them move some furniture and other items from McMinnville back to Eugene. The guys were very polite and efficient and careful with our things. The pricing came in under our phone quote which was a nice surprise.
Thanks to Joshua, Alex and Wyatt.
Would definitely use there service again.

The crew of Alex, Wyatt, Josh G., and Reuben were phenomenal! We had a very hard move with lots of stairs and loads of boxes in addition to all the furniture. They worked hard, had great attitudes, and were very accommodating. Very thorough and careful. Ask for this crew if you have a big move! They are amazing!

We needed to move our Mom quickly. Larry & Jack, (and I’m sorry to say I misplaced the other gentleman’s name) - all 3 are amazing. They came in and packed everything securely and with quality care. The whole job ended up being a much bigger project then we all estimated- the whole time the team was respectful and smiling. We deeply appreciate how they made an overwhelming task easy. You are in good hands with Cross Town Movers

If I could give cross town movers 10 stars, I would!! Truly blown away by how great the service was. All communication leading up to our move was clear and done in a very timely manner. We had Matt.
