On time and did a great job!

Did a great job from initial contact to completion of job and cleanup afterwards. Would definitely call again.

Solid guys and they do great work

Thank you Damion at Waxmaster Janitorial for doing a great job on my carpets and for being competitively priced!

Absolutely do not recommend for any reason. Don’t waste your money or your time.

You both are an amazing team! My floors and carpets were cleaner then when I moved in.

I referred Waxmaster Janitorial to a friend in Eugene, Oregon. I'm glad that I did. Waxmaster took care of his floors in a hurry. The floors looked amazing and the experience was exceptional. Definitely a highly recommended business! 5 stars all the way,

Great service from the first call! Professional, friendly, on time and did a great job 💯 I would highly recommend for carpet cleaning of any kind. Thanks again for the great experience.

I had Waxmaster come in and clean some VERY dirty carpet in my home. They use a different kind of machine (orbital versus the other types of steam cleaners I've seen) and the results are amazing!!!

I would highly recommend Waxmaster for carpet cleaning! Friendly and professional as well!

Waxmaster Janitorial did an AWESOME job cleaning our carpets! They were able to remove stains that we have tried numerous times before. They were efficient, polite and very professional. We will definitely be calling them again!

Their services are just as described. Great prices, and my old dirty beige carpet is full of life again, and my house smells clean. The carpet didn't take long to dry either. Great Work Waxmaster :)

When I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone was nice but not very organized. They were on time and the two men were very friendly and professional when they arrived. They never put on booties while working in our house and walked around in their shoes. We waited to see if they were going to put them on at the end but they never did. They did a good job and got a couple stains out but then walked in their shoes onto the carpet from outside for us to sign the check. We moved most of the furniture but the three items I didn't move, they didn't clean under very well. Overall we are happy with how our floors look and the service.

Owning a small business through 2020 was not easy. but somehow we made it through. We decided we needed the carpets cleaned as we could not get it replaced yet and they were way overdue.. Damien made it easy and affordable. when being quoted by another company, they said it would cost 75 more than carpetmasters of eugene and they said half of the stains wouldn't come out.

Damien came in and got on his hands and knees and scrubbed the tough parts and pretty much got it out without a single complaint.

They are amazing and I would definitely recommend them. But more importantly we will be using them again!

Excellent service, fair price. The team was great to work with. My carpets haven't been this clean in years.

Thanks Damian for all your help! Carpets look brand new.
