I assisted an elderly relative with finding a company to clean her carpeting and we hired Waxmaster Janitorial. Not only did they have the best rate out of all the companies we called, they were very friendly and professional. The 2 rooms and large closet they cleaned turned out great. We would highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

These guys came through in a big way. We had a special event approaching and needed our floors cleaned. They were filthy! The company we had lined up, cancelled on us last minute. But, have no fear... WaxMaster stepped in and got the job done! And it looked amazing!!! Thank you!!!

Chris cleaned, stripped the old wax from, and applied four coat of new wax on the 20 year-old Marmoleum floor in our kitchen. Everything about the process was first-rate, the call, the estimate, the appointment, the price, and the quality of the work. Outstanding company, highest recommendation

After plans fell through from renting a broken Rug Doctor, the owner and another person came through for me. I called them on a Saturday and they were available the same day. They cleaned the two bedrooms that needed it, and they were in and out in roughly 30-45 minutes. The price was about the same as a Rug Doctor rental. My experience was professional service at a good price. I highly recommend these folks!

I was in a pinch and needed some carpets cleaned. I called Carpetmasters of Eugene and they were able to squeeze me in that same day. They showed up on time and quickly cleaned up my carpets for a great price! The fella was very nice and efficient. Will be using Carpetmasters again if I ever need my carpets cleaned!

EDIT: JUST READ THERE RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. NOW I WILL ADD TO THE LIST THAT THEY ARE LIARS. LIE #1. SHERYL, I RECANTED THE REQUEST..NOT DEMAND...FOR A FREE CARPET CLEANING AND YOU KNOW IT. AS IF LYING IS GOING TO MAKE THINGS BETTER? WOW. LIE #2 YOU DID NOT ATTEMPT TO CALL AND RESCHEDULE COMPLETE FANTASY. Today is Memorial day 2025. Dan (employee of waxmaster) PRE scheduled with us MONTHS ago for a full home carpet cleaning for TODAY. WE got up early, moved EVERYTHING out of our carpeted rooms (dressers, beds, tables, etc) to make life easy for the people who were SUPPOSED to be coming today. At 8:15 a.m. this morning- 1 hr and 45 min before ETA, Sheryl, called to say there had been a "mistake" and our carpet cleaning was canceled and needed to be rescheduled. I made it crystal clear that in NO way this was going to be okay. She said it was memorial day and they-Damien and Dan had other appointments. REALLY??? So did we. HOWEVER, We canceled OUR plans with family today to be home for WAXMASTER! This is as UNPROFESSIONAL as it gets!! SHAME ON YOU WAXMASTER JANITORIAL. YOU'RE GARBAGE. You should pay us for the labor it will entail to put our house back together. EDIT: P.S. You wished us luck in "finding someone else to BETTER SUIT OUR NEEDS". Oh that is as simple as 1,2,3, because ANYONE would definitely meet that wish. Thanks.

For the last two years we have had Service Master take care of the carpets in our office. They look great, and we know regular maintenance will add to the life of our carpets.

I have gone through the gammit of hiring out and doing it ourselves. Cost, time, labor are always factors when deciding whether to do it yourself or hire out. We have done both. I have to say that Servicemaster, and Mark were the perfect combination of the two. Convenient, economical and quality of service. I was so appreciative of the fact that Servicemaster and Mark were able to fit us in last minute and the price was more than fair and reasonable. He was attentive to what we needed without trying to oversell us. Mark did an amazing job on the over 15 year old rugs that we are dealing with. Servicemaster may be part of a franchise situation and that is fine. I still consider them completely local and that they aim to serve a local population. So thank you Servicemaster and Mark for the excellent work, wonderful customer service and accommodating our schedule. We will definitely be calling you for the next run.

This is the second year ServiceMaster has done our floors. We are picky about protecting our displayed collection items and exhibit furniture. ServiceMaster personnel understood our concerns, were careful around our displays, and were pleasant to work with. ServiceMaster provides great value for your money.

We recently made a change to ServiceMaster Commercial Clean and we are incredibly pleased with their services. They really care about their work, their employees and their customers. I believe communication is the key to a successful partnership and they have far exceeded our expectations.
