I called Baxter Plumbing after having a sewage smell in my laundry room. They were very thorough on the phone, asking questions to make sure the person who came out would have the tools necessary to find the problem. I have had several backups in my sewer line previously. Travis came out, he was on time and explained what he would do, had me run water at every faucet, bath and laundry and went under the house to check for leaks, ran a camera back up the line under the house, and down the drain to the city sewer. Found a break and several offsets in the drain. Made recommendations concerning needed repairs, and suggested that I have my water lines insulated, and gave me a copy of the video he took. He was very professional and thorough. I now have a plumber I can trust to put in my contacts.

Kelly with Baxter worked around my schedule on a Friday afternoon to make sure and get my issue resolved before the weekend and Scottie was super quick and clean in getting my drain cleared. Both of these folks were friendly, courteous and professional, I highly recommend Baxter Plumbing!

Baxter Plumbing and Rooter treated me very well. They did excellent work on a really tough job. They were all kind, courteous and polite throughout the whole ordeal, and they charged me a fair price. They went above and beyond. What more can you ask for?

Scottie was amazing. He just never gave up until he discovered the cause of my problem. My asphalt driveway has a sink hole right next to the concrete floor of the garage. We (I say 'we' because he kept me informed of all that was happening.) could not find it but small rocks kept washing out. He could not get around the bends of the pipes. He persisted and eventually 'we' (he made me feel as if we were a team) found two breaks in the pipe. He added cleaning out the sewer line to the street as well. I was stressed because I did not know what to do if we did not find the cause of my problem.
Scottie went the extra mile to help solve my problem. Baxter seems to hire employees that goes the extra mile and that is why I call them when I have a plumbing problem. They are helpful and supportive.

Noah is the technician who came to our home. He was extremely organized in his approach to our plumbing issues, and knowledgeable as well as efficient, extremely professional, and friendly. Noah is an excellent representative for Baxter plumbing & Rooter, Inc. We have an upcoming project and will definitely schedule it with Baxter. Delightful experience!

Travis was the drain tech that came out to unclog the kitchen sink and he was very respectful and professional. Made quick work of the issue and didn’t leave a mess behind. I am recovering from back surgery and live in Blue River. After calling multiple plumbers for my backed up toilet, Baxter Plumbing came to my rescue willing to drive the extra distance. Scottie explained what he did and checked everything that could have a problem. They are the best!

The leaking pipe was found under the house today, two days before Thanksgiving. The 9th phone call to local plumbers, and Baxter Plumbing had a cancellation and were able to come today. (Everyone else was at least 1 week away). They called to confirm they were en route to our home. Noah and Colby were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. They identified the problem, and got it fixed, within hours, at a reasonable price. They are our new favorite plumbers and heroes. Thanks so much Baxter Plumbing. We couldn't be happier.

It's always such a pleasant surprise when you find a good service, and Baxter has proven to be just that. I called them out when a "minor" remodel proved a tad bit more difficult when the walls of a closet I wanted to move hid piping. The office staff was polite and able to get me on the schedule quickly. Aaron came out, spent a good amount of time discussing options and telling me what prep-work to do, later came out again and once more provided more advice by phone - all without charge. When he and an assistant came out to actually complete the work a week later, they were polite, did the work quickly and well, explained what they'd done clearly, cleaned up before they left, and the final bill was less than expected. Fantastic service all around and I highly recommend.

Baxter's is great, they are plumbers, so they are expensive but you get what you pay for. Very timely and thorough, I've used them through all phases of the construction process and recommend.

Baxter Plumbing did a great job with our plumbing repairs. Cooper, the plumber that worked with us, was very thorough and a hard worker. He did a great job repairing our faucet that required him to crawl into a very tight and uncomfortable spot. We enthusiastically recommend Baxter Plumbing.

One hour and 45 minutes. That's the amount of time that lapsed between me deciding that I needed to call a plumber, and the job being completed. The guy they sent was super friendly, informative, and quick. I paid less than I was originally quoted and I couldn't be happier with this company, though I hope I don't have to use them again. 😁

Baxter Plumbing & Rooter are AWESOME!!!
We made an appointment, given ETA, received a courtesy call ‘they’re on their way’ and they brought equipment ready to work, and did a terrific job on our gutter drain issues needing cleared, and finding our drain lines weren’t connected to the street but are setup as a ‘dry well system.’
(The gutter installers had left off one drain spout due to plugged drain hole and all rain last week went into one dry well creating a very small bubbling brook :))

Absolutely the best! Very respectful and professional. The plumber was on a different level than most . He was extremely knowledgeable and I learned more in 20 minutes about my plumbing than I did 20 plus years as the homeowner. I will definitely use Baxter plumbing again.

Woke up this morning and our toilet wouldn’t flush. We only have 1 bathroom in our house. With a 3 year old, that is potty trained, we needed this fixed today. I called 10 places, and when I called Baxter Plumbing they were able to get a technician out this morning. I was expecting them to come out around 12 or 3, and they were able to show up an hour after getting off the phone! Travis was very professional and explained everything in terms that I could understand. The price was very reasonable too! I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services!!

We had a delightful experience in working through Baxter. We contacted them about clogged drain issues and to our astonishment they came out that same day. Travis did a great job working with us. He was pleasantly attentive as well as thoughtful and patient in explaining our situation. He was thorough and efficient in the work he did. Baxter hit the bullseye in every way regarding this service for us. We could not be more pleased with their service.

Baxter's arrived and fixed our emergency super fast! We had called to have them fix our HOT water streaming off the underside of the kitchen sink. They replaced two valves and connecting hoses. Well done fellas! I would recommend them if your kitchen floor is suddenly under water!

First, I never write reviews. I've had to use Baxter Plumbing about 3-4 times this year for two of my rentals. These guys always come through for me. When you have a rental, you don't have the luxury to wait so they always try and fit me in.
My renters are always happy with the results. Priceless!

Baxter has been our go-to plumber for two decades. Most recently they repaired a broken water main for us. The job took only about half a day and the workers were friendly, efficient and responsible. We had to wait several days to get them here, but that's common with all the trades in our area. Baxter will always be our automatic choice for plumbing services.
