They were able to dispatch someone same day and dispatcher was very communicative. The gentleman who came out was courteous and finished the job in a timely fashion. The bill was accurate for the time he was here and parts involved. Apart from the pipe bursting in the first place, the experience was a good one.

I called Baxter Plumbing in a bit of a crisis; both toilets, upstairs and downstairs, started leaking at the SAME TIME. Paul the plumber came immediately and was elbows-deep in the problem in no time at all. He was so thorough and so effective, and also super polite and amiable! He told me that the downstairs toilet had been leaking for quite some time and showed me the spot where it had stained the floor, and explained what he was doing to solve the problem. He also fixed it so that now it flushes as soon as you depress the handle rather than holding it down for 3.5 seconds exactly. He showed me how the problem was the same upstairs and what bits and bobs he was replacing and why. Despite the embarrassing state of both bathrooms, he remained meticulously professional and never displayed any kind of disgust or judgement. And the price was great, too!!! All in all a 10/10 experience, would recommend.

I had the best experience with Baxter Plumbing and will not only use their services moving forward for my plumbing needs but I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber in the Eugene area.

Booking the appointment was super easy and the woman who helped me (I think her name was Kelli) was so kind and efficient. The plumber showed up on time, immediately went to work and solved the leak immediately. The payment process was easy and the fee was affordable. I am so happy I have finally found a reliable plumber! Baxter is the best!

My wife and I called Baxter Plumbing after reading the great reviews others had left. We were not disappointed. We had scheduled an appointment and then were pleasantly surprised when we received a call telling us that they had a plumber that was in our area that had finished a job early and they wondered if they could send him right over. Aaron arrived within 15 minutes and did a masterful job for us. He was very professional, polite and engaging. We are impressed with the whole operation from the office staff to the technical work. It is obvious that the culture Mike embodies with his team is one of mutual respect and that carries over to their customer interactions. This is the second time in a few months that I have called Baxter to resolve problems we caused . In both instances they were on time, extremely professional and completed the job perfectly . Special attention was paid to keeping things clean and sanitized.

Paul listened to our concerns and ideas very patiently. He then provided his expertise on what would be the best solution. He is always friendly. We've never had to have Baxter Plumbing come back to fix a problem.

Baxter Plumbing reached out to through another plumber who had called them and explained my ordeal. They were right on top of it.

I started working with Baxter about five years ago at my residence and in my commercial kitchen about two years ago. Jack and James arrived just in the nick of time to save my bacon again today.

The professionals at Baxter offer ready solutions that are both wise and cost-effective. This team addresses issues without complaint and have never returned to correct their own work. They are a pleasure to work with, trustworthy and super efficient.

I've used this company for my tankless water heater install last year and was really happy with the techs attitude and super clean install. Used them again today to repair a 1940's toilet flange cemented into the cement house pad. Yet again, different tech, great attitude, creative/smart problem solving skills, and cleaned up the area really well. I'll always do business with this company. Oh and the labor price is +/- half of roto-rooter. Will use them in the near future for a complete kitchen under-sink re-piping fixing previous owners RTV gasket fix headache. Homeownership woe's... right!?!

A pipe had suddenly disconnected in a very tight space, and we had to shut down water to our house completely. Baxter's was super-fast and friendly in arranging a crew to come by for a repair... The crew arrived right on time, and was equally fast and efficient with a tricky repair in those close quarters. They had us back up and running in less than an hour from arrival, with a better-than-before fix. The fee for services was very reasonable, and well worth it. Thanks for the great and fast service!!

I called Baxter Plumbing to check on a bathroom faucet leak. They were on time and very professional. They checked out the plumbing and decided that the leak was caused by water running back to the faucet fixture and then down to the cabinet under the sink. No repair needed. So they charged me 1/2 price 😁 I am very grateful and happy with the service that they provided . I highly recommend Baxter Plumbing

Outstanding Service!

We had a 78 year old main line, connected to three properties - collapsed. They made all NEW separate functional sewage lines.

From first initial call, to check in a week after of Completion. They were outstanding! Easy to work with and Amazing customer service.
Onsite, we had the pleasure of Scottie and Jake working our project. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND! From my daily concerns, to there very thorough understanding from start to finish. They were VERY thoughtful of my precious plants & backyard. They went above to ensure it was done right, and NOTHING was accidentally broken.

A week after the project was completed. Scottie reached out to ensure things were going well and we were pleased. With a small request on our part. It was done!

I called Baxter to have a mixing valve replaced in my shower.. after getting here the valve didn't need replaced at all, just some adjustments needed to be made.. Cooper and Scotty only charged half price of the mandatory hr service call because it's was fast and easy. Definitely call Baxter for your issues...they could have not done the right thing and ripped me off and I wouldn't have known better... thats what makes a good company. *Edit/update, about a year later I call again, they show up within 2 hrs, for a toilet issue and not only did they totally fix that they went beyond and fixed my kitchen sink issues also. They kept it under an hour for the service call and I got 2 major issues taken care of. Thank you Kolby and Clay for your expertise and quick work. I won't call anyone else for plumbing, this is twice I could have easily been taken advantage of and I was not. It's worth calling Baxter and knowing the issues are going to be taking care of and done right. Way more than happy customer here. 😊

I am very impressed with the service I received with Baxter. They were prompt, professional and respectful of my time and home. They accidentally installed the wrong product but took full responsibility and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. They also offered to pay for the inspection of the new installation. This is a local business and we should all do our best to support it. Kudos to them.

This plumbing company is fantastic! The team was prompt, polite and knowledgeable of their trade. I never expected same day service, but that's what happened and I appreciated the work. I would highly recommend Baxter Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. They have a life long customer here.

Called at the end of the day and scheduled Baxter plumbing to come clear my kitchen drain. To my surprise they were able to come the next morning at 8am. My guy (sorry I forgot his name) showed up at 8am on the dot. He went right to work and got my drain cleared with a little helper under the sink. Tito never disappoints in the intrusiveness. After he cleaned up and gave a love for all the dogs and a reminder that if I had any issues in the next 30 days to please call them and they would be out at no charge he was gone by 8:30 and I wasn’t even late for work. Highly recommend!!!

Have used Baxter twice singing moving to the Eugene area. Both times they were excellent from Brina at the office to the guys that came out. I had 2 issues going on so today Tanner , Colby and Scotty came out and were awesome! Super friendly and quick! Highly recommend!

Baxter pluming showed up and did a great job. The Plummer that arrive was very nice and professional. My first impression was not so great because of how they schedule there appointments but as far as quality of work go’s I can’t complain. I would recommend them.

My first post ;

I had my first appointment scheduled for today after waiting a few weeks for an appointment. Baxter would not give me a appointment time. When they called today on the scheduled date for the fix I was in the shower but I was able to call them back within 10 minutes of the missed call. Yes only 10 minutes. When I talked to them I was told that because I did not pick up the phone when they called they rescheduled the plumber to another job. By doing this they make the costumer feel as if they are now being punished. So we had no idea what time they would be showing up and if you miss there call they bump you off of the appointment. Not very professional. Not a great way to build relationships with there customers. I was told that they will try to send someone out to our job today if they have time and if they don’t come today then it is many days out before they would have time again. Let’s see if they show up and if they do a good job. Stay tuned for part 2.

I had a generally really helpful time with Baxter. With a scheduling challenge.

Pros: I called about two weeks ago to schedule an inspection of a drain. They were accommodating and thoughtful with their over the phone customer service. Specifically they asked detailed questions about what I thought might be the issue, and then made sure a particular piece of equipment was available when the tech was scheduled, so that they would not have to come out many times.

We had to reschedule a couple of times because of my schedule once, and once because of equipment they needed. They were generally very responsive and thoughtful with communication

Cons (and why I cancelled on them): We had landed on a 3 hr timeframe this morning. When no one showed up or called me, I called right after noon to check in, and it seems I had (a) been scheduled for the afternoon (not true because I am methodical about calendarization), which it is possible that they changed but did not let me know, and (b) when I told the Customer Service Rep they had scheduled me for a 3 hr block in the AM the person on the line said "we don't schedule timeframes" - which is fair if that is true across their reps, except obviously they had scheduled a 3 hr time frame on my calendar from previous conversations - so the story did not seem straight to me, and I felt very disrespected - as if I was in the wrong. Any company that starts with the assumption that I am in the wrong is not a company I want to employ (just to be clear, sometimes I (the customer) am in the wrong, and I may even have been in the wrong this time around :) , but the assumption from the beginning, and the attitude that I am in the wrong without much listening- that is why I dropped you Baxter, and this review.)
