Aubrey from Drain Raider was very professional and fixed the issues with my shower and sink very quickly. I am very satisfied with the services provided and the price that I was charged for them.

Had a simple sink obstruction that was into the wall that I couldn't get to and they came out within a few hours of calling, got it cleared quickly and were very nice. Price was reasonable and the same as what I was quoted on the phone since it didn't take any extra time. Would use again.

I tried everything, multiple brands of drain cleaner and even used a 20 foot snake but had no luck with my kitchen drain. So I had a guy from roto-rooter come out to give me an estimate. But when I called Drain Raider they told me 85$ flat. When the roto guy said 165$ was the best he could do I quickly said sorry I am going to have to go with Drain Raider. They got to my house in 2 hours and only took 10 minutes to fix a very stubborn drain and clean up.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. I had a backed up toilet and clogged mainline. I called Drain Raider at 5:30pm and they were out at 6:30pm, sooner than they estimated. Even though I had to pay the overtime rate, they seemed more interested in fixing my problem than making money off of me. And it was a challenging job. Thanks, Drain Raider!

We had a bad clog somewhere in our drain line and our wash machine, kitchen sink, and dishwasher were all affected. I tried to get it out myself but wasn’t able to. Drain Raider sent someone out to help right away. Aubrey was highly professional and had us back up and running in no time. Thank you so much! I called 6 different plumbers to compare prices to clear my drain. I wasn't sure if it was clogged or frozen, as we have 8 inches of snow on the ground and have had below freezing temperatures for over a week.
Drain Raider was the least expensive quote, so I hired them. The receptionist was very nice and I felt good about calling them. Levi Dunlap came out - driving on icy roads packed with snow. He was very kind and went straight to work. He discovered that the water inside my pipe was frozen. He suggested that I could pour boiling water down the drain and proceed to unthaw it myself, or I could hire him to stay and do it. Being currently under-employed, I was elated when he said he would not charge me for the house call if I wanted to do it myself. He also added that if I decided I needed to call them again, if ice was not the problem and if my drain was still clogged, that it would be $79 regardless if he worked an hour or 5 hours on it!
I would recommend and call them again in a heart beat! From the depths of my heart, thank you so much Levi!

These guys are the best! My toilet and bathtub backed up and wouldn't drain. Called Drain Raider after doing some research and after getting estimates by the national rooter company and some larger local companies. Drain Raider got the job done the same day for 60% cheaper than any other estimate I got. I've never called a plumber before. Doing research and looking at as many reviews as possible are what I believe saved me bucks and resulted in a good outcome.
