Can't say enough about this company. They were quick and friendly on the phone when I called and were able to get to me the same day. I believe it was the owner who came to my house and helped me discover what was going on. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first time I used them but won't be the last!

I had to have my outside faucet replaced. I called and got someone to come out that same day. Aubrey was great! He answered all my questions. Half hour later he was done. The price was very reasonable for the job.I would highly recommend this company.

I wanted to verify that if you need ANY plumbing work done, Drain Raider are the guys to call, for jobs small or large. I had Keith and Art help us with a home remodel that included an additional one and a half bathrooms, and expanding our drainage pipe outlets. They beasted the project in only a few days, left zero mess, were professional, priced fairly, and overall pleasant to work with. Drain Raider raises the bar on industry standards. Thank you.

We feared for the worst and got the best news from Drain Raider. Aubrey was great. He explained the issue and fixed it quickly. He also suggested how to avoid the problem in the future. We would highly recommend Drain Raider to anybody looking for plumbing services.

Bathtubs not draining, noises coming through kitchen sink while washing machine running. Called at 7:20am and Hunter was just around the corner and had the rooter cable in the clean-out within 20 minutes. We were lucky on the timing, but he was very professional and had good attitude. He was gone by 8:10am. Did not know how prices would compare. Happy for the great service.

I was really dreading having my backyard ripped up to fix our sewer line. They were going to have to tear down part of my fence and drive a backhoe into my backyard. I assumed the entire yard was going to be a muddy mess. When they came out, they laid thick plywood so the backhoe didn’t leave a single mark on my yard. The backhoe operator was like a brain surgeon with x-ray vision, digging exactly over the pipe that needed to be replaced. They replaced the section of fence so that it looked better than when they started. There is just a small mound of dirt to indicate that they were there. And all through the job, they explained everything clearly. What and incredibly competent team! I can’t recommend them any higher.

Had a clogged shower and sink. They were super easy to use. Found them via a good review on google. Called them early Monday morning and had my issue resolved by same monday at noon! Super friendly service tech. Tidy no mess no fuss. They snaked both drains and fixed the trap on the sink in no time flat. Id highly recommend this company for any home plumbing needs/issues.

Quick service and the affordability is appreciated for those of us whom are living on a single income. They have a good thing going and I've used them 2 times now. They are now plugged into my phone for the next time I need them. Raising a 6 year old boy, to not use too much paper, has its hardships. These brothers are very friendly and you will not regret your choice. Don't hesitate they know what they're doing.

This company found the problem of a sewer line plugged up and broken pipe that has been a problem for years. The response was very fast from the first call and found the problem within a few hours. The other companies before never solved the problem and cost hundreds of dollars. I want to thank Art the owner, the office staff and all the hard working employees that came out in the rain and mud to fix the sewer line. I will be happy to recommend Drain Raiders to anyone. I just got my pipes in my kitchen fixed by this company. I recommend this company to evereone. They're very quick, fast and efficient. They left no mess. They cleaned up everything and made sure everything was working before they left the job site.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the great people who work at Drain Raider. All employees from the top down were great to work with. They treated me well and provided me with quick responsive answers, quick service times, great price and a very professional and friendly experience. As I look out at our patio this morning it is wonderful to see that no water was standing and backing up on the patio because of overnight rain and continual rain this morning. It is always wonderful to work with people who know their product and enjoy working with the public.

After calling various plumbers who "won't work on mobile homes", or would take a week with a leaking Garbage Disposal, and another company giving me nasty retorts over the phone (Hey, we were going to hire them), we called Drain Raiders. The receptionist was compassionate, the worker was ahead of time and put in the proper garbage disposal, with several tests to make sure it worked. Their prices are excellent and no drama. We will be hiring them again to take care of any of our pipe/water heater issues. They guaranteed their work and easily solved it in ONE day instead of two weeks.

Once in contact, tech was here in 30 or less. Showed up and was very professional. Went straight to work, and didn't stop until my septic problems were solved. Price on point, and the service provided was professional. Highly recommend them. I couldn't find anyone to fix my problem at an emergency level, but they came through that day. Can't say enough good on them. Jake took care of it with style and professionalism. Would recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat.

I have no affiliation other than hiring for complete mainline replacement. Outstanding professionals. Top notch work and very fair prices compared to competitors. I highly recommend. The owner art is a honest professional knowledgeable and clear concise with his bids. No hidden surprises that wasn’t discussed prior to work. I LOVE these guys!! They are the best in town and so great at what they do! They have saved my pipes in a pinch, and even came and helped me out with a clog last minute saving me the expense of shamefully having a ton that wouldn't drain when my mother in law came to visit!! (Their reasonable priced, speedy service worth it's weight in gold for saving me from inlaw embarrassment alone!)

Today was the second time we’ve had Drain Raider, Eugene to our house to fix a problem. Both times, the initial phone contact was after hours and friendly. Today, Aubrey and Allan were here to replace a broken pipe fitting in the crawl space which left us with no hot water. They were on time, friendly, professional, and had us fixed up in under an hour. The bill was only $167.80! It could have been double that and we would have been happy! Honesty, integrity, and down to earth pricing is hard to come by. We will never call anyone else. Thank you!

Darnell did an excellent, professional job assessing and solving my issues with water coming up into my bathtub and a gurgling toilet. He worked hard with a positive attitude, explaining everything to me along the way. As roots in my pipes made the job more challenging, Darnell’s high skill level was on display. Reasonably priced! Highly recommend!
