Slow and inefficent, Rude employees who milk the clock. Do yourself a favor and find another comapny who will value your time and business.

TL;DR They clearly don't want to make money, call The Art of Plumbing if you want fast reliable response times.

So I called them to get a quote on a full hot-water pipe replacement job, was told they would be here Feb 13th,. Didn't show, reason being one of the guys called in sick so he had to double up the bookings, understandable. Got a residual for Feb 14th, came in on time took a look around and said id get the quote soon. Its March 12th, almost a month after. Still no quote. I have been back and forth with them over the phone nearly every week (over 8+ calls now) and there reply is always the same "I will let Keith now so he can send you the quote tonight" week later, another call, same kind of reply. Keith if your reading this, send the files to your Secretary next time, she clearly knows what she is doing better then you. I have no doubt in my mind she would have got it sent to me with in a day.

So clearly, you don't want the job, if you did you would have been on top of it. I gave you why more then enough time to do your job. So much time I got another plumber in to do the job you where requested to do. Took them 2 days to get me the quote after looking at the place.

Poor customer service, treated us like children. We would never use Drain Raider and would not recommend them. The receptionist was rude and not helpful. The owner said “ absolutely not” when we ask the tech to come back.

If you think it’s reasonable to pay for sewer pipes to fail and require replacement every year, then Drain Raiders might be the company for you. If you think they should last more than one year, look elsewhere.

Drain Raiders was contracted by the previous owner of my house to replace waste pipes, per the results of a home inspection. Fast forward 2 years: every cheap plastic anchor used on all 40+ feet of piping failed and the pipes fell down. It’s unclear now if the connection to the shower drain was actually glued, but it disconnected and the bath has been been draining into the crawl space, a la the Bluth Model Home. We now have a lake of raw sewage and wastewater under the house.

I contacted the company and they are not willing to make it right, saying that their work is only guaranteed for one year. I assume that’s because we are not able to file a complaint with CCB after one year.

Update: So they finally acknowledge the hole, and patched it but they didn't snake the drain to repair the damage from the hole and have now dropped us as clients! They claim we didn't tell them when the truth is they denied the problem when we 1st told them. Shoddy work and Horrible Service, They left a giant hole in the outside drain of my tenants house causing the drainage problem to get worse. They Lie and say that she is not available for appt when they don't bother to show up or return phone calls. IF they change their tune I'll update this review.

I called them back right after getting a voicemail that made it sound like they were trying to enter our place at that moment instead of the time I actually set up with them to come and fix the drains. Whoever answered the phone was rude and snippy with me just because I simply asked for clarification on our scheduled appointment. The attitude I received was unnecessary and unprofessional. It gave me a bad impression of this company. They’re supposed to come in to fix the drain later today but after the encounters I’ve had with them on the phone, I’m doubtful of their quality of service.

Had them install a dishwasher, it start Leaking so we had a dishwasher tech come out. The tech said it was installed so bad that he was wouldn’t pull it out until he ordered more parts cause he knew more would break. He also told us a lot of parts were not even installed at all and wires were not covered properly.
