This is are second time using this company. Both times were exceptional service. Christian showed up early, got done within the hour and did an excellent job! The price was beyond reasonable and I will use this company exclusively for any future needs.

Great service - showed up on time and Brandon was very polite and got to work right away. Our shower head was leaking after we tried fixing it ourselves. It was taking a little longer than he anticipated to troubleshoot the issue so he brought in some backup to help assess the situation and they fixed it promptly. Thanks Brandon and team - great work!

Holy moly, am I thankful for Stutzman’s service! Bryon was here in a flash, to help problem solve my busted water heater. Without his quick response, I would have been knee deep in water and restoration bills. In less than 3 hours of calling, I had my water heater replaced and garage put back together. WOW!! Thank you, Stutzman! You always impress!!

PP&R is always top notch. Having issues with debris coming into washing machine. Tyson was great. I enjoyed working with him. Recommend PPR to anyone who needs plumbing service.

Joe and Tyler were wonderful at re-piping our house! They were informative and did their best to keep the workspace tidy after each day. They answered any questions I had and were kind and friendly. Appreciate their help in getting our house back in order!

I was doing laundry and came out and my garage was flooded. I called PPR after hours and immediately got a call from the on call tech Hunter saying he would be on his way in the next 15 minutes. He arrived quicker than he said and after diagnosing found it was further into my line than I thought. He was quick, clean and thorough. I cannot recommend them or Hunter more. Thank you! (Pictures show him cabling the laundry line and then with towels down clearing the kitchen line)

After a couple nights of random toilet gurgling, our bathtubs backfilled with foul smelling dark water. Yikes. After making a snaking attempt myself and finding nothing, I called in the big guns. They had availability the same day I called, but I had to leave for work, so scheduled the work for morning of the next day.

Ben Aldridge arrived promptly (even checking in to see if I wanted him to come out early, which I did!), and got right to work digging through our extremely tough, very rocky soil to find our houses main sewer line connection. He came to ask me if I wanted to watch the camera footage of the cleared line after sending the root cutting tool through. Very cool to see!

Efficient, super pleasant, and willing to answer all of my questions. Won't hesitate to call Pacific Plumbing and Rooter when anything else plumbing related pops up in the future. :)

Santiago and Brandon were fantastic fast friendly got the job done well and I appreciate them immensely. I called yesterday, they were here today, could not have been better. I had a situation they had never seen before. I thought it would cost more. They rocked!

Hunter did a fantastic job all the way around. He was on time, courteous and professional. Took about 5 seconds and he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it straight away. I’ll be using PPR for plumbing needs from now on.

Great service. Wanted my exterior frost free 1960 hose bib replaced before it was a problem. He came out for an estimate but was able to replace same day. Hunter was fabulous, he crawled under the house and replaced both and prepped it so I could feed it in so he didn’t need to crawl duplicate times. Lovely man!

Tyler did a great job, he handled things as they came, worked fast and explained everything clearly. The work and house looks great. Didn't try to add on things. I am a very happy customer.

Tanner/Conner did amazing work for us. They worked harder and longer and figured out problems that were very complex with our well and system. Not only were they excellent at the work they're also really friendly and kind people. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for high quality well, and plumbing work. I'm sure we'll need more well work in the future and we will always call them. We trust them completely.

We absolutely love this company, they are so great to work with. We had some water leaking from our washer and it turned out we had some bigger issues with the pipes underneath our house. Both Jim and Tyler were so pleasant to work with and made an extremely stressful situation so much better for us. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Emergency repairs of leaking pipe. PPR was super prompt with responding and quickly getting us service and recommendations for restoration assistance. Cody was friendly and informative. Reasonable rates for service as well. Thanks so much!

Had a shower valve leak and he fixed the leak within the hour and we decided to upgrade the valve all together. He got it done same day and made quick work!! Will be using pacific plumbing for future needs as well.

Can’t say enough good things about hunter and pacific plumbing! They aren’t the cheapest in town but they aren’t the most expensive. Hunter came well prepared with all the parts he needed on his truck. He replaced two faucets and rebuilt the upper toilet tank for a little over $300. He was quick, professional and personable. My neighbor used pacific plumbing and was happy too! I’d recommend pacific plumbing and hunter to my friends and family!

You took care of my emergency water heater issue last year. This year it was a waterline issue. Appreciate the timely and professional service. Thank you for explaining things and an easy to understand manner. And thank you for putting everything back together after you had to dig it up. You guys did a great job and I will happily refer you!

We’re always happy with Pacific Plumbing! Jim Glavin did a great job fixing our garbage disposal and he was very professional and friendly. They always get someone out quickly and they are a company we feel we can trust again and again.

Jim Glavin was our service technician that came out to our residence. It took awhile for Jim to locate the problem. It was a clogged pipe that went to our septic which caused a back up. Jim analyzed the problem and fixed it. Jim was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain to me the problem and address it. Turns out that Jim is a customer of mine through my employer. I would recommend your company for its fast and timely service. Great service.

The guys that came to my home were exceptional in finding out what the issue was with a leak. They went above and beyond with excellent service. Friendly and very respectful. I would give hundreds of a star rating if I could. Thanks Santiago!

Ben and the other two guys did a great job replacing the sewer line under my garage. They were professional and got me back up and running pretty quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves i would definitely recommend.
