PPR was absolutely outstanding! They were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Although the issue turned out not to be a plumbing leak but a roof leak, they quickly identified the problem and connected us with a roofing company that came out immediately. Their quick action saved us a lot of time and stress.

I had a stopped up drain causing many issues for me and had a few plumbers say they fixed it over the years. When it completely backed up a couple sinks, called this company and they sent out Jim G. and he quickly but completely explained the steps he would take to assess and fix the problem. He kept me fully informed along the way and showed me the issue. He was fast and efficient, and now my sinks are draining like they always should have. I can't recommend this company enough. The service was excellent, the price was so affordable, I thought I should have paid them more.

We've used this company twice now, and we will continue to use them for any and all plumbing issues we have! Most recently, our water heater started leaking. Santiago came out and assessed what was happening. A few days later, he came back and installed a new one, being very transparent throughout the whole process! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I called PPR first thing in the morning. They sent Mason out that afternoon and he arrived early! 😀 Mason got right to work, found the problem, and fixed it. It was a clogged cast iron pipe. Mason showed me the video he took and where the clog had been. He made sure that the toilet and shower were funtioning properly again. He explained that there is 35' of cast iron pipe that will need to be replaced with pvc pipe because the cast iron is getting very thin at the bottom and will eventually rupture under the house. He collected all the information to get me an estimate. Mason was knowledgeable, professional, time efficient, and successful! I really appreciate his excellent service... it is wonderful to still have family owned businesses that care about their work and customers. Thank you!

We had a leak in our main water line -- 400 gallons per hour. Christian arrived promptly, brought in a leak detector guy to find the leak, called EWEB to turn the water off, dug up the pipe and patched it, and put it all back together. All for ~$500 and less than two hours of work time. I'm very happy with the outcome, and I'd be happy to hire PPR again.

I have used this company twice in a month due to rat damage to my apex plumbing. The first was for fixing a rat chew in my laundry room. Joe Potter came, exposed the pipe and repaired the damage. He explained what he needed to do before starting. His service was excellent and he was very nice to deal with. Today, Hunter Schultz came to fix 3 apex pipes under the house that had been chewed by rats. Hunter explained what he was going to do before starting. Afterward he showed me the damaged pipes he repaired and made suggestions to eliminate further damage. Another very positive experience due to Hunters demeanor. Both times the price was vey fair and service was very satisfactory.

Great communication, excellent service and fair prices. Also I love that I was sent a pic of the tech coming to my home. I definitely felt safer because of that.

We had a clogged main drain line pipe. Called PPR at around 9pm Friday night and they had a technician out here in less then an hour. Mason was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to locate the blockage and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. I would call them again without hesitation.

Joe P and Will showed up 30 minutes after I called (apparently a lucky coincidence, and great work from the dispatcher!).

They replaced the kitchen sink water cutoffs and the faucet in great time. Got some good tips on drying out the area. They left everything clean and orderly. My stressful situation was resolved faster than expected.

We had a plumbing emergency while company was over at our house. The service person arrived promptly. He was polite and very quickly identified and fixed the issue. Needless to say, I was very happy with his work.

We needed an emergency shower repair on a Saturday afternoon. We called at least a dozen plumbers and no one was available. However Pacific Plumbing was there for us! From the scheduler on the phone to Brandon the plumber who saved us, everyone was kind, empathetic, FAST and so easy to talk to. We were promised a call from the on-call plumber, and he called not two minutes later. He was here when he promised and the leaky shower was fixed before you could say abracadabra. He was so polite and respectful and we highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great plumber. Definitely ask for Brandon!

PPR fixed my sewer line with a trenchless cured in sleeve. ALEC noticed roots in line with his camera and recommended the less invasive sleeve and fixed line in 1 day. I trust PPR with all my plumbing needs as Josh and his guys are professional and honest. I would recommend them to all my friends and family for any plumbing jobs. Good hunting and fishing stories also

Mason K. was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. He showed up within 15 minutes or so and within an hour of calling for help, he had the job completed. Super appreciative as it was 10pm on a Friday! Extremely affordable as well for a weekend emergency call.

We had a leak from our water heater a Pacific came out that day and replaced it! This was the best plumbing experience I’ve had in Eugene. The service was amazing and the pricing more than fair. Everything was done exactly as promised and we plan to use Pacific Plumbing for all our future projects. Hunter was friendly and polite and offered some really helpful tips and recommendations. Christian Johnson and his associate were on-time and fully equipped to install my new water heater. They revised and greatly improved the existing plumbing setup, as well as installing a strap bringing the tank installation up to earthquake code regulations. The difficult placement of the water heater into its tight fitting cabinet was accomplished with great expertise and precision teamwork. I am very pleased with the perfect outcome.

My daughter’s pipe burst behind her hot water heater in Valentines Day around 3 pm. I found PPR through a web search. Hunter was able to come out and fix the pipes and replace the water heater. He was incredibly friendly and informative. He did an excellent job. I will use them again.
