Great company all around. We got solid advice, clear explanations, and above-and-beyond service from Joe and his apprentice. When we had a miscomm around what was included in our bid, the owner checked promptly, personally apologized and made good on our project.

They do great work, and stand by their customer service. This is our new go-to for plumbing.

Pacific Plumbing is my go to now. They are awesome. So far they have done two leak repairs in my home. They respond quickly and do great repair work at a reasonable price. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and kind.

Hunter did a great job fixing our shower and toilet. He’s also very considerate and respectful to offer to take his shoes off and wear a cover for his shoes. He was fast, informative and he clean up after he gets done. He tried his best explaining the issues with our shower and toilet which I appreciate. He gave me discount for first time customers which was really nice. I would highly recommend and would call them again for sure if ever I’d need their service again. I’m glad I found a good plumbing company which I can trust.

We hired Pacific Plumbing & Rooter to replace a tankless hot water heater. Their price was fair and their service and professionalism was exemplary. They were on-time, they communicated well, and they walked us through the entire process. In particular, Santiago, their lead technician, did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, all the way from quoting the system through the final walk-through. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had such a hard job. The guys were so professional and careful. I am very grateful that PPR managed to save my old house and its crumbling sewer pipe. Shout out to Dustin, Tanner, and Manuel. The whole crew did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted them about a laundry drain that was backing up…. They came out and performed the service, then about 30-45 minutes later later I realized the kitchen sink was know draining very slow, upon realizing that new issue I called the office ( 5:45 pm) I got the office after hours line.
I sent them an email explaining the issue and at 8:00 am I got a call and was able to have the same technician come out , the tech and his service was great, he unclogged the kitchen drain ( the kitchen drain was not plugged prior to the night before laundry drain service )($179.00 show up fee.. and $75.00 to go on roof to snake the drain thru vent.)
Upon completion the tech said the service was $75.00 not his fault because he billed as per company guidelines.
I reached out to the office ( email)
By close of business the same, got a reply that the “drain supervisor “ would be in contact with me … it’s been 3 days as of this evening without getting any contact from the supervisor.
Sent a follow up the day after I never heard back and asked if I could reach out myself with supervisor!
Big surprise no response.
In my email I expressed my concern about being charged an additional $75.00 since I just paid $254.00 and tried to contact them within 30-45 min the same evening when we realized the kitchen sink became clogged!
My complaint is the lack of follow up from the office supervisor.
I’m no longer going to continue using the company for the poor customer support from office and mgmt.
