I had a greenhouse that I tore down on the side of my house. After teardown, I needed to address an irrigation pipe sticking out about 2 feet from the house. I called Petersen Plumbing on Friday, and they were here on Monday. They did a thorough job and when they were finished, they discovered a serious water pressure issue. I'm having them come back next week to repair the serious issue that they discovered.
Good points:
A) They arrived in the time frame anticipated. About 20 minutes out, a receptionist called me to ensure that I would be aware that they were on their way
B) Scheduling an appointment was very easy
C) The workers were competent, informative and gave thoughtful plumbing advice
D) They went above my expectations
E) My impression is that their workers were trustworthy

I've definitely recommended them to friends since I've utilized their services.

We were heading out of town and realized our hot water heater needed replacing. The woman in the office was so nice. She sent a plumber to drain the tank and turn off the gas. The new water heater was replaced the same day. The guys who did the work were so nice and competent. We have used this plumbing company in the past and have always been pleased with their work. I highly recommend them!

I've used Peterson Plumbing for three different jobs - each one entirely successful. They always have creative solutions for difficult projects and offer more than I had hoped for. They're always busy but I appreciate them making time to do my little jobs for me.

Peterson Plumbing replaced my mom’s water heater with professionalism, thoroughness and were able to come out immediately after we called. We were impressed and thankful for their services! We recommended them to my in-laws whose water heater sprang a leak and had to be shut off and thank goodness when they called Peterson, Peterson responded by the next morning and were on their way to replace their water heater! Santi did a great and quick job replacing our leaking kitchen sink plumbing. He was kind and efficient, as was Karen, the office coordinator who arranged the service. We will definitely work with them for any future needs!

We had a major leak outside and Petersen was fast at responding and came out and fixed the issue. I called 5 plumbing companies and Petersen answered and sent someone out quickly versus the other companies telling me they were able to come out the next day. Highly recommend Petersen Plumbing.

Amazing service! The only plumber I’ll call. They just fixed some incorrect plumbing that was causing backup issues behind our wall and we’re so respectful and cautious of not damaging the wall. They fixed the plumbing and it works awesome now! Rian was our repairman and he was so knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them do this work for us. Also on the more affordable side too! Five stars!!

I called them today, and they came out today! They were clean, professional, masked and on time. They installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced several shut off valves that were leaking, and did a quick, wonderful job. I highly recommend Petersen Plumbing!

Had new flooring installed, the installers removed the toilet but would not re-install it. I was not sure if the thickness of the flooring would hinder the resetting, and besides, I am an old guy with a bad back. Called Petersen and explained my dilemma, only one bathroom in the house and no toilet. They were very busy and still were able to help me out. I was beyond grateful. I have used them for plumbing services for years now. Don't bother calling anyone else. Go with Petersen. They are top notch by any measure.

I called on a Monday to have my water heater repaired and they were able to fit me in that following Thursday.

Additionally, I was burned the day before due to a big box store’s appliance delivery team telling me they couldn’t install my new washer due to the types of faucets I used. Petersen was able to help me with that as well.

My water heater install ended up being more complicated than expected due to improper installation in the past by another company, but AJ went above and beyond to make sure it was done right this time.

I really cannot say enough good things!

Santiago was just at my home to fix a leaky pipe, hose bibs, clogged sink, and just answer all my questions (I had a lot!). He and his work partner were fantastic and efficient. My dogs approved which gets top marks. Glad to have found my go-to plmber in Eugene! Thank you Peterson's.

I have had three experiences with Petersen Plumbing in the past month due to selling our home. I can only express my sincere appreciation for the prompt, professional, and affordable service provided. From the receptionist that answered and set the appointments, to the service person that came to our home, to their friendliness and concern that our home was treated with respect, this company came out on top. They will have my business in any future needs we might have. They have set a high standard in today's service industry.

Best plumbing team around...I've had them do it all from sewer line replacements and water main replacements, so simple sewer scopes and wax ring replacements. These guys bring the best workmanship and customer service to the table while also being the most competitively priced time after time. They came in so quickly once to do a sewer line replacement- about 65’ of it to the street. Had permits pulled and ready in less than 24 hours, kept me updated throughout the process and finished 8 hours in advance of their estimated deadline. Hands down the best around. No one else I'd trust more. 110% recommend.

I use Petersen Plumbing whenever I have any kind of plumbing or water issue. The service is always excellent and the pricing extremely reasonable. Mark and Jesse just came out and fixed a running toilet and the garbage disposer quickly, with cheerful, friendly attitudes, and displaying an amazing and instantaneous knowledge of all things plumbing. I was more than happy with the service!

Not only did they show up on time, they called and were able to reach us earlier than planned. When you’re dealing with cold showers over the weekend, earlier is far better! They did a great job, very timely manner, and professionally installed. They will definitely be on my quick dial list for any further plumbing needs!

I would like to say thank you to Ken and David. My front bathroom has been giving me problems for over 2 months. Me being the type of person that says, "I got this. I can unclog a plugged drain line". Well I am here to say that I was wrong. My main line was so clogged that it needed professional equipment to clear the restriction. I called in to their office and was fortunate to receive same day service. The office staff was very friendly to speak with and before the guys showed up I received a phone call telling me that they were on their way. Ken and David arrived on time and they quickly got to work. They cleared the restriction quickly, they acted professional and the bill was very reasonable.

If you have called other plumbers out to your house and you were not happy with the service you received I highly recommend that you at least give Peterson Plumbing in Eugene Oregon a call and see for yourself what customer service is all about. I am so glad that Google provides a place for satisfied customers to share their experience.

I really appreciate Petersen’s integrity. There aren’t many business’s that you can say that about and because of that, I will only use them for my plumbing needs.

I would like to give a shout out to Jack and Zack. They came to fix a leaky pipe, and totally replaced my plumbing under my kitchen sink, in no time at all. They were courteous and professional. Also, the man that answers the phones,(Bryan), is wonderful. He made sure to call me when the plumbers were going to arrive earlier than scheduled.
